The condo was spacious and comfortable. It has great views of the creek in the back. The unit has 3 different balconies. I wish the outside space would have more comfortable furniture, but that was our only complaint. The condo building was quiet. It is nicely located near the ski mountain and there are lots of good hiking close by.

This was easily one of our favorite stays and our doggies love it too! Located only a short walk to Winter Park Resort and a few min drive to downtown Winter Park, this was the perfect location. The condo was so clean and cozy…had great character and modern at the same time. The best part was going to bed every night with the sound of Fraser River right outside the window. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Overall a lovely place to stay in winter park. Walking distance to the Fraser River trail. The property managers were very easy to reach for all our questions and help with anything that came up. Of note the kitchen isnt the most well stocked but easy enough to make do and Safeway is not far for the basics.

A welcoming place to call home after a day of skiing. We appreciated the kitchen and dining area - made it easy to cook at home. Lots of windows to get lots of natural light throughout the entire condo. I’m sure the decks would be wonderful in the summer! The LIFT bus stop is right across the street, which makes it super easy to get to the ski hill or go into town for dinner or shopping. We also enjoyed the close access to the hiking trails and the beautiful creek behind us.
View of the creek from one of the decks
Hiking on the trail. You can easily hike two miles into town and take the bus back.
Great living space to relax at the end of the day.

The condo was clean and comfortable, very big for the six of us (two couples, two kids). It was very easy to communicate directly with property management, and they were very accommodating Half a mile walk to the lifts, easy in street shoes. The outside of the building looks like 1975, but the condo was modern and awesome. Looks like two units combined to one, with several decks overlooking the Fraser river. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the river. Moose prints on the riverbank.

We enjoyed our stay. The gondala is walkable from the address, a little over half a mile. There is also a bus stop across the street. Spacious on the inside with a nice back porch. Although, the booking is advertised as having a king in the master bedroom. It is a queen. This was a problem for us because our party was 5 grown men and we were banking on that king for a comfortable stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the walk to the gondola, the bus access, and the spacious porch worked well for your group. I’m sorry the master bed was a queen instead of the advertised king — I know that made a difference for five adults. We’ll update the listing and photos to show the correct bed size and add clearer sleeping-arrangement details so future guests can plan accordingly. We appreciate you letting us know.

So amazing!!!

This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. We will definitely be back!

We loved the condo, just a few things that would be helpful. Instructions on the stove top, we figured it out but it doesn't cook very quickly and would keep turning off, would be nice if there were more dishwasher soap and trash bags bc we ate all our meals there and washed dishes daily would be nice to have a place to hang coats etc by the bench and somewhere to put skisice maker doesn't make very much ice, over alll great wxperience

Thank you for the five-star review! Glad you loved the condo and had an overall great experience. Thanks for the helpful notes — we’ll add clearer stove instructions and have maintenance inspect the cooktop so it doesn’t keep shutting off. We’ll also increase the supply of dishwasher soap and trash bags and remind housekeeping to restock when multiple meals are prepared. I’ll pass along the suggestion for more coat hooks/bench storage and a dedicated spot for skis, and we’ll check the ice maker capacity. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Quiet, beautiful river views from multiple balconies. Perfect grassy area convenient for dogs. Would book again.Advertised as 3.5 bathrooms and ensuite in the Master king. Ensuite was in the 2nd Queen. Bathrooms were split up with ensuite Queen as the only full bath. Other bathrooms were one with an excellent walk-in shower plus sink (no toilet), and one with just a toilet and sink. Worked for us given there were only 2 couples.Would have been helpful to have a heads up and directions for using a convection stovetop. Had some pots/pans that could not be used, but we found the correct pans and figured out how to use it.
