Fairway Oaks 20D

The place was very nice. We enjoy the location we have stayed at Fairway Oaks many times and enjoy the location. The only problem we had was some items of cleaning there was food in the upstairs bathroom between the nightstand from I’m guessing previous renters Cheerios papers, and the coffee pot was never cleaned and full of mold. That’s not the result of the owner, but the cleaning company other than that everything else was clean. First day was very enjoyable, and we would definitely rent again.

Clean and spacious accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute little unit with a first floor bedroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is a little small but had everything we needed. The dishwasher could use an upgrade though, it is very old and doesn't clean as thoroughly. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach which is OK if you aren't lugging chairs and boards (otherwise bring a beach cart). But really better to park closer to the beach (it's pay parking until 5 pm, or there are 2 lots on Main St that are free but can get crowded).
