Please be aware that motorcycles and golf carts are NOT permitted on the property, creating a peaceful environment for all guests. Our furry friends will have to sit this vacation out, as pets are not allowed on the property. Ring doorbell camera at the entrance.
2 Vehicles Max: golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, and oversized vehicles are NOT permitted;
No smoking or vaping inside the home;
No parties or events;
No pets allowed;
No food or drink in the bedrooms;
Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM and 8 AM;
Beach towels are NOT included.
Please use the towel bars on the condo`s front porch to dry beach towels. Condo Association rules state that beach towels may NOT be hung on any deck railing;
Please keep the house tidy throughout your stay to make your departure easier;
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. On the morning of your arrival date, you will receive your smart lock code, and we`ll send a text message with a Community Guest Gate Pass to the phone number we have on file. This pass will allow you to enter through the gate. Please get in touch with us immediately if you don`t receive the text message, as you won`t be able to access the property without it.
Check-out is before 10:00 am; please follow the checkout/cleaning instructions before you leave.
