The house was very cute and cozy. The yard was great for our dogs. Really appreciated that. Anthony was great about communicating and even let us in early. It was a little smaller than I expected but fine for 3 adults and 2 dogs. The house was very clean. There was a playground and library very close by if you have kids. There was no dishwasher.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home felt smaller than expected. Seagulls Nest is just under 900 square feet and is intentionally priced between a one- and two-bedroom home. While it’s compact, the three bedrooms allow for privacy at night, and the large, sunny living area provides a comfortable space for families to gather and relax. The home is designed to offer a practical, well-located option for guests looking to enjoy the beach communities without paying premium rates for a larger footprint. As advertised and extremely pet friendly (the fenced in yard was perfect). The neighborhood has some really good/cool shore eats and was close to everywhere you’d want to go in the area. We would definitely like to stay (and use the outdoor fire pit because we didn’t have time)

Great home!

The house was very lovely and cozy. We brought our two dogs and they absolutely loved the huge fenced in yard as did we! The fire pit was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful weekend in November for my best friends birthday getaway! The host was very informative with provided details and constant communication from the moment I booked. Upon arrival, the house itself was clean, well kempt and organized woth provided linens and kitchen utensils, even some firewood! The fenced in backyard with fire pit was a great asset as not many places allow pets. Noted there is an added pet cleaning fee, which we were aware of and accepted. Check in and check out were very easy. And when we ran out of trash bags, the host quickly dropped some off for us. Good place for families, or in my case, to stay for 6 adults hanging out, spending time with each other. Close driving distance to the beach, Cape May breweries and restaurants. Walking distance to the local coffee house. Would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

We’re lifelong Jersey Shore lovers who grew up spending summers by the sea and now feel lucky to call this beautiful area home. The Villas offers some of the most stunning sunsets on the East Coast, and we love that the bay beaches remain peaceful and uncrowded — perfect for long walks, bike rides, and laid-back family time.

I first got into vacation rentals back in 2006 while renovating a home I owned. I had always rented year-round, but that one felt different — I wanted others to enjoy it like I did. So I gave vacation rentals a try… and I was hooked. Since then, I’ve combined my love for design, my local knowledge, and my commitment to customer service to create places where guests can relax and feel at home.

I also proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 5 years and later retired as a chief engineer at a hospital. Now, my focus is on hospitality — and making sure every guest enjoys a sparkling clean, thoughtfully prepared home. Cleanliness is #1 in my book, and my reviews reflect that.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me biking along the bay, exploring Cape May’s shops and restaurants, or enjoying the peacefulness of the shore with my family and our guests.
