Need a break from the city? In winter, spring, or fall? Craving some lakefront peace and tranquility? Still want all of the amenities of home? Then come to our Pike Lake Sunrise Cottage.
Walk from the fully equipped kitchen onto the deck, which is right on the water.. Need to do some work? We have StarLink Internet. Pike Lake is a small, clean lake that's great for fishing and swimming. There is no marina on the lake, so it's quiet, with not a ton of boats.
Bright, panoramic windows on the second floor with plenty of space for reading, napping and stargazing.
There are outdoor lounge spaces galore--gazebo, multiple decks, lounge chairs, outdoor swing.
Halfway between Perth and Westport for lots of unique shopping.

Jennifer and Jerico David fell in love with this cottage in 2021. We'd always wanted to have a lakefront property. We live and work in Ottawa and get to this beautiful place as often as possible.
We plan to retire here someday but until then, we welcome guests from around Ottawa, around Ontario and around the world to experience why we love it so much.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The cottage is conveniently located 75 minutes from Ottawa, one hour from Kingston, and between Perth and Westport, on a well maintained road that's only 3 minutes from the highway, but a world away from city life. It's particularly well suited to multi-generational families and groups.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
You will be amazed how close you are to the water. Walk out the door from the kitchen and you're on the deck, which juts out over the water! Once you see the view from the upstairs living room, through the wraparound windows, you'll be mesmerized. Curl up in the corner reading nook, which is not only great for reading, but for napping, watching the sunrise, and stargazing. In this region, Pike Lake is known for fishing; some of the best spots on the entire lake, are in front of our cottage. If you like to cook and/or bake, you'll be happy with our well-equipped kitchen, unique in most cottage rentals. Cook and bake to your heart's content, and you won't lack for equipment or utensils!
Curl up by the woodstove or the electric fireplace with a good book (see the bookshelf full of books to borrow), or play cards or select from a wide range of board games.
