Great property in an ideal location for experiencing the best of what Perth has to offer. Randa is an extremely nice and accommodating host ensuring she checked in with us several times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The property is very clean and amazing for the price with great views.

This property was absolutely wonderful. It is true to the pictures. The apartment is beautifully done and has a very well equipped kitchen as well. We loved using the balcony with the beautiful views and you cannot beat the perfect location in the heart of downtown. We cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this property.

During our recent visit to the lovely town of Perth, we had the pleasure of renting and staying in the Monte Carlo suite, one of three in a restored heritage building. It was absolutely perfect! Well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and kept in excellent condition, it gave us everything we needed to make the most of our two-week stay. Located in the historic downtown area of Perth, our top-floor suite featured a deck with a view of the Tay River and its water fountain, giving us the ideal spot for breakfast, mimosas, or simply soaking up the day. We were just steps away from many great restaurants and shops, the local theater, Stewart Park, and other attractions.Our host, Randa, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. She gave us valuable tips and suggestions about what to see and do in the area and was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had.Overall, this beautiful rental helped make our stay in Perth and the surrounding area truly unforgettable.

The location was perfect; could not ask for a better locale. Everything was as advertised. A bit pricey especially because of the charge for the extra 2 people and the very small quarters. The sofa in the livingroom should be a pull out in my opinion especially since the second smaller bedroom does not have air conditioning .One of the guests slept on the sofa in the livingroom. It was a very hot spell of weather and the fan does not do the trick in that second bedroom. The mattresses are a tad uncomfortable and the pillows need to be upgraded. Apart from these items, everything was quite nice.
