Unit 5 Flynns Beach Apartments is located on the first floor of this complex and is ideally located directly across the road from beautiful Flynns Beach.

The unit features two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, king single bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, both with ceiling fans and all linen is supplied.

Open lounge and dining provides a spacious feel with ceiling fan and a balcony with some ocean views. It has a brand new, freshly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Leave your car at home in the undercover carport as the location of this unit allows you to take a casual stroll to local restaurants and coffee shops only 200m away.

The property has a shared coin operated laundry with washer and dryer. The property also has a covered car space.

Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, a single and a king single in the 2nd bedroom, all linen is supplied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, unfortunately it was near impossible to sleep in this apartment due to the heat and lack of effective window dressings. Would really benefit with the addition of ceiling fans in the bedrooms and block out blinds.

Great location, quiet private leafy apartment

Nice shade and privacy from the neighbours garden. Grateful there were stand up fans, but no ceiling fans.

Hot water system located in kitchen cupboard and not much bigger than a hot water urn meant that we couldnt have 2 hot showers per day. On top of this, only a small portable heater meant the place was freezing. Would not return.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Advertised as a property for 4 guests,this is a stretch when the hot water system was so small that we couldn't get 2 hot showers per day. No heating except for a small portable heater meant the place was freezing the whole time. Location was good and the little touches were nice but all this counts for nothing when you are cold and forced into a cold shower. Parking spot was super tight thanks to the monster truck parked next door. Overall, a disappointment and won't be back.

Damp smell in all cupboards Receptionist when dealing with questions before arrival patronising and rude. One kitchen fuse, emergency number leave a message,no WiFi disappointing,hot water went cold after one person showered. Cleaning had not Been done thorougherly pan dirty grill tray had not been washed dust on windowsills . Other than this small complex good neighbours quiet lovely views parking laundry and dryer.
