The furniture was very old and sticky, the verticals in the living were nit in great shape and you couldn’t close them for privacy or fir the heat considering there was no airconditioning

It was our second time to stay in this apartment. Love to see the bathroom is renovated. Nice and clean. The oven was not clean yet , it got crumbs and foil after the last tenant used. But, so far the apartment is good and the view is excellent.

Excellent apartment. Great location. Only one recommendation: as there is no air conditioning then ceiling fans should be installed in both bedrooms, above the dining table and in the living area. This would greatly improve the livability during the hot and warmer months.

There are some frypans that need replacing. Otherwise all was great and I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As you can see from the photos the apartment is very dated, but it was perfectly adequate. The kitchen could do with a clean up, theres loads of utensils and crockery from the last 30 years, a very old microwave and a you have to be under 5ft tall to see under the extractor fan.Everything else is great though. Good shower pressure, new washing machine (and handy drier), clothesline on the balcony, new lift in the building and the location is so convenient to town, the water, the clubs, walks and Coles.We really enjoyed our 4 weeks there. Thank you.

Out for renewal for three and a half months, what a nightmare. Wife could only leave the unit three times in the week we were there due to her artificial hips and lung disease. Complained to the agent who told me it was on the website, which they showed me. in the middle of the terms and conditions in light grey print on a white background.

It's a bit of a shame for the old fashioned decor, it could be a super cool place with some renovations.Also the elevator doesn't work and carry the suitcases up 4 flights of stairs is so tough.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, I could see the Hastings river, Port Marina, and also the mountain range. Sunsets were the best. On thecother side, the property was not properly ceaned, it was dusty, there was a leak from the cieling in the toilet, when reported to the management, the response was very cold. Staff was very unprofessional and not rude. There were no swtiches for the lights in the kitchen, which was later fixed. The view and the location is great value for money, but the staff lacked professionalism.
