Vous êtes au cœur de la ville éternelle, emplacement idéal pour les transports, le shopping, les restaurants, les musées et les visites. La Piazza di Spagna, la Via dei Condotti, la fontaine de Trevi, le Tibre, le Panthéon, la Piazza Navona et aussi le Vatican sont à distance de marche de vous!

L'appartement est romantique, privé et élégamment décoré, à seulement une minute de la Place d'Espagne, idéal pour ceux qui veulent explorer Rome à pied. Récemment rénové, il est lumineux, climatisé et équipé d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Composé d'un grand salon avec un canapé-lit de 160 cm, d'un écran plat avec TV satellite et d'une bibliothèque avec livres et guides touristiques en anglais et en italien.

La cuisine, adjacente au salon, est meublée d'un comptoir - parfait pour le petit déjeuner, un four, un micro-ondes, quatre brûleurs, des comptoirs en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur, un petit congélateur, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. La cuisine comprend également une bouilloire électrique pour le thé et le café, un moka de style italien et une machine à café Nespresso, du thé et du café.

De grandes armoires dans la chambre double et une salle de bains avec une cabine de douche, un sèche-cheveux et un radiateur mural. Dans l'entrée, il y a plus d'armoires encastrées dans lesquelles le fer et la planche à repasser sont stockés. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes et sur demande je peux fournir un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. Si c'était nécessaire, ma fille est une baby-sitter parfaite, fiable et disponible.

Je vais vous recevoir personnellement et vous aider avec des suggestions et des informations touristiques. L'anglais et le français sont parlés. L'appartement entier sera à votre disposition. Ma maison est ta maison. J'ai arrangé l'appartement comme j'aimerais trouver un endroit arrangé pour moi.

De plus, je peux organiser pour vous un service de voiture pour les transferts de et vers l'aéroport (coût pour chaque trajet 45 euros ou 65 euros pour un minibus); une visite guidée de Rome pour répondre à vos besoins personnels; un service de femme de chambre (8 euros de tarif horaire à prévoir à l'avance si possible); un changement de linge complet est inclus à mi-chemin du séjour en cas de réservation de plus de 12 jours; Cours de cuisine italienne à domicile ou chez le chef ainsi que des cours spéciaux de pizza. Demandez-moi plus, je pourrai peut-être satisfaire vos demandes et vos besoins!

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

We enjoyed a very comfortable two week stay in Daniela’s beautiful apartment. The neighborhood was a convenient walk to museums, churches, and other sights, and good restaurants nearby. Daniela was responsive to our questions and made the entire check- in/out process seamless. We look forward to returning!

Great place, location & host!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Equipped with all your needs. It is conveniently located by the Spanish steps, taxi stand (2 blocks) & an easy leisurely stroll (15-30 min.) to most city center places of interest. Mini mart around the corner for any groceries or basic hygiene items. Daniela was very responsive via WhatsApp to any communications. I would definitely book this home again.

Our 5th Time in This Apartment!

Daniela is always the perfect hostess. She is within contact if you need anything and is so thoughtful and friendly. We left my husband’s bag inside the door as we were leaving and I called her. Her daughter arrived soon after to unlock the doors and we made our train! The bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space too. We cooked breakfast every morning during our two week stay. The metro and shopping are outside your door. Love having the dishwasher and wash machine. We hope to be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s apartment. Very close to major sights, restaurants, and shops. Bed was quite comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and Daniela was the most gracious host. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great apartment in a great location!

This immaculate property was a perfect home base for our site seeing in Rome. It is right by the Spanish steps with great restaurants and shopping right outside the door. We found the apartment to be modern, clean, and very comfortable. I found it to be a great value and would highly recommend it!

Perfect location and beautiful apartment!

Daniela was charming and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were heavenly! Daniela's apartment is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. It is in the best central Rome location. We were able to walk to all the sights. Groceries are just around the corner. This is the best place we stayed in all of Italy. Thank you, Daniela!

Fabulous apartment

We have just arrived home after our third stay in Daniela's fabulous apartment ...each time we have found the apartment very comfortable, spacious and it is an excellent base from which to explore Rome. Perfect!

My husband and I absolutely loved this apartment. Cannot say enough good things about it, fantastic location, clean and comfortable and Daniela has thought of everything and is so helpful and accommodating. She helped with arranging rides to and from airport, had wonderful suggestions for places to eat, tour guides and much more. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hope to visit again someday?

Love Roma!

This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The apartment is quite large for 2 people and is very modern and updated. Lots of nice amenities, including espresso maker, water, milk, all of the kitchen essentials, dishwasher, clothes washer, laundry detergent, movies, books, and games. And, so much closet space and storage! The location was perfect and positioned right between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The entrance is very secure and the neighborhood feels safe. Everything was within 35 min walking distance. Metro and bus stops were within 5 minutes walking. Grocery less than one block away and cafe and gelato options everywhere. The hostess was very communicative and responded quickly to questions/requests. We would plan another trip just to stay at this beautiful apartment! And, we love Rome too!

The Best Apartment We Stayed at in Italy!

This elegant apartment is centrally located near bus stops, the underground, great shopping, restaurants, and meters away from the Spanish Steps. The owner was a delight to meet upon our arrival and had many great suggestions regarding restaurants and local attractions. The owner even arranged for her daughter to babysit for us while my wife and I spent a well deserved night out! The apartment was classically Roman, extremely clean and beautifully decorated with all the convienences of home including A/C, Plasma TV with satelite and fully equiped kitchen. The next time we are in Rome we will definitely be booking this apartment again!

Our Second Stay At MyRhome was Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed At Myrhome 4 years ago, and were so happy to return for 6 nights in May 2015. Everything was again perfectly clean, comfy and convenient. I loved being able to buy groceries in a store close by and enjoy our breakfasts in our PJs. Also, it was so great to have the wash machine there so when we continued our trip to Lake Como, we had clean clothes. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The location can't be beat for access to the rest of the city center. I hope we will be able to return for a third visit. Thanks again, Daniela! It was so nice to see you again!

Absolutely Fantastic

Our first trip to Rome and it was more than we could have expected. This location is perfect for enjoying all that Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere, and only needed a car to get from the airport, which Daniela kindly arranged for us. The apartment was spacious and clean. Daniela's personal notes helped us immensely, especially the tips on the local markets, thus allowing us to make some splendid meals in the well equipped kitchen....and if you don't want to cook, there are many great restaurants just outside your door. Perfect rental apartment

Daniela and May An really make your stay a very comfortable one, from the starter drinks in the fridge, to the really comfortable beds. We stayed here with our 3 and 6 year old and it was perfect to have the bedroom to have them fall asleep in while we hung out in the kitchen/living room (we moved them later!). Wi-fi, elevator, beautiful bathroom and kitchen and fully stocked tourist bookshelves really help to make this place feel like a home away from home! Another highlight was the live opera by a busker outside our window. 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps, 5 blocks from Trevi Fountain, little further walk to Pantheon but great location. FYI for those with mobility issues, there are 1-3 steps within the apartment.

Fabulous!

Thank you to Daniela for being such a fabulous host! The apartment was exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures. This was our 1st time in Rome and Daniela gave us so much information to help make our 1st experience a great one! The apartment was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, attractions and the train station. We ate at the restaurants that Daniela recommended and they were so good! We would never have know about them or a couple of other places to visit that were just off the "touristy" path if it wasn't for her recommendations. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend Daniela's place to anyone visiting Rome! Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable experience! Amazing location, perfect apartment

We stayed at this wonderful home in late June and Daniela (the owner) is an amazing host. The apartment was immaculate and in a perfect location just steps away from the Spanish Steps. It is on a quiet street and very safe. We traveled with our two teenage sons (ages 14 & 16) and although they slept on the sleeper sofa, they remarked it didn't even feel like a pull out sofa because it was so comfortable. There is a small grocery store a few short blocks away which is all part of the experience of being in a foreign city - shop with the locals! Its a fun adventure. I can't say enough about how gracious Daniela was and patient in answering our numerous questions. She even helped us arrange a ride from the airport as well as put us in contact with Francesca for a local tour. Look no further, this is the ideal place! Daniela leaves a list of restaurant recommendations and other ideas for your visit which was fantastic. We are back in Colorado and missing "Myrhome" very much, we hope to return soon.

Recent stay in Sept/Oct

I searched various listings for a recent stay; however, this was a good choice for several reasons: (a) it was on a side street, proving good at night for sleep as Rome is very alive, (b) the condo had double-pane windows, which made it more quiet (a costly upgrade in Italy), (c) Daniele was wonderful, very reliable, dependable and honest, as well as thoughtful (she insisted on getting an alarm clock when I asked where to buy one, which was thoughtful, which was easy for me to buy), (d) the kitchen was nicely equipped, so welcomed when we decided to eat in and/or pursue one of the 'prepared foods' from a local butcher shop (the pesta was delicious), (e) the unit was wonderfully air conditioned (was hot for a couple of days), (f) the shutters, period for the building, were a further welcome for solid evening sleep, (g) location was great, with a lift, with one of older it was welcomed, (h) the unit was very comfortable, matresses were great, it was good. So, you have it. By the way, the restaurant at the end of the street (dead ended, easy to find) was delicious, a bit pricey, but delicious. Oh, Hell, every restaurant around there was great. Enjoy.

We Didn't Want To Leave!

My husband and I arrived at this wonderful apartment on Oct. 17, 2010. It was our first trip to Rome so we were a bit nervous renting an apartment in a strange city. We couldn't have been more pleased! The apartment was light, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The windows were double-paned and there were air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, although we didn't use them. Daniela and her assistant stocked the refrigerator with essentials to get us started. She even had fluffy white bathrobes in the bedroom for us, a nice touch after a very long flight from Seattle. There was a little elevator (not that common in many places) but we used it only with our luggage because the apartment was only one floor up. The bed was very comfortable and there were spacious wardrobes in the bedroom. The kitchen was modern and convenient, and the wash machine was an added bonus. She even had a cell phone there for our use. It was a joy to return to our "home" each evening! The location was fabulous, close to the Spanish Steps, the Spagna subway station, and the San Silvestro bus stop, which was a helpful time saver. We had a bit of trouble with the security door key when we arrived on Sunday. Daniela's assistant was wonderful and said they would get it looked at the next day. I only mention it because it was promptly repaired as promised. The photos are accurate. This apartment was lovely and I have already recommended it to friends. We hope we can return someday! Hello, my name is Daniela and I was born from a very english mother and a very italian father. My father was roman but originally his father's family, my grandfather, was from Puglia. I was born and raised in Rome and feel I have received the best of two cultures. I am fluent in English as I am in Italian, therefore I studied french. I love Roma my city and Italy my country at the best and still love it at the worst. This is my little business which I look at as taking good care of my guests making them feel mostly welcome in a, for them, foreign country. I really enjoy meeting people and through my guests I dream of travels and different places.

In my life I have travelled and still do as much as I can, I am a mother of three children: 28 and 25 year old girls and 15 year old young man and my wishes and aims are to raise them real citizens of the world for it is such a great place to be in.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This apartment has been in the family for many many years. Here is where I started my young adult life and where my first child was born. At some point I reluctantly had to move, for space reasons...the family was growing.

Fortunately the property was kept, rented out at the beginning and after some time I started hosting visiting family and friends from England and all over the world. This is how it became a holiday home.

I have many happy memories related to this place which, in this way, I feel I am sharing.

I sit in the living room, in the corner where my comfortable reading armchair is and I know, as much as I can also watch it, that downstairs in the street the world is passing by. Shoppers, romans, foreigners, merchants and sales assistants, workers and holiday makers.

Walking distance from almost everywhere: archeological sites, cafes and restaurants and also the original language version cinema. I used to be so grateful, especially as a roman born, not to have to get in the car to go anywhere and allowing myself the necessary walking pace that would make me feel 'nearly on holiday' in my own city.
