OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Despite Palm Springs having so many activities to choose from you may not want to leave your backyard oasis! The large sliding glass door disappears when opened to create an effortless indoor/outdoor living concept.

If you decided to hit the trails in the area or conquered 18 holes, come back to the house & soak in the hot tub to ease tired muscles. Still feeling competitive? Start a game of bocce ball with your friends or family! The elegant accent lighting throughout the yard allows you to play day or night. At the conclusion of the day, gather around the modern firepit with a beverage of choice as you watch the Palm Springs sky change into a kaleidoscope of colors as the stars come out.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Palm Springs has a new work of art & we are thrilled to say it is this home. You are immediately greeted with a custom work of art as you walk into the foyer & head into the living space. The luxe living area is the perfect backdrop to sip on a handcrafted beverage compliments of the bar cart, gather with your friends & family in one of the regal velvety chairs or take it easy while watching one of your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

Whether you want to cook up a culinary masterpiece or simply make a quick bite to eat the lavish kitchen is fully equipped with ample quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a microwave, oven, gas stove, an oversized double door fridge with a water & ice dispenser, blender, toaster, & dishwasher for easy clean up.

In the mornings the coffee nook is perfectly set up to craft your favorite cup of joe with a french press, tea kettle & a single-cup espresso machine. Pour a glass of wine & keep the chef company at one of the four bar top seats before heading to the glamorous dining table with seating for up to 6 & a contemporary backdrop.

If you are in need of doing a load of laundry during your stay a washer & dryer are also available in the separate laundry room right off the kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each guest is guaranteed to have a unique & luxurious place to retreat at the end of the day with 3 bedrooms, each with their own en suite. In the primary, bedroom, adjacent to the dining room & kitchen, you will find a vibrant mid-century modern design with an opulent king-sized bed as the centerpiece of the room complete with a retro headboard & hotel-quality linens & pillows. You will not be in short supply of sunshine lighting up the room when the shades are not lowered with several windows and a private entrance to the back patio through sliding glass doors. As you doze off to sleep in the evenings choose a movie of choice to watch on your mounted smart TV. Getting ready in the morning has never been easier with a private ensuite bathroom with an invigorating tranquil stand-up shower featuring an added handheld shower head, dual vanities, plush towels & a separate water closet.

Two additional guest rooms are located across the living room. Not a single detail was missed in the first guest room which features a sumptuous king-sized bed dressed with premium linens & pillows so plush you may think they are made of clouds. In the morning, grab a cup of coffee & enjoy the added seating area in your room as you watch the sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that look out to the back patio & desert mountains. The guestroom features a spa-like private en suite with a walk-in shower complete with an additional handheld shower head, a lavish vanity & plush towels.

There is no lack of style & elegance in the third guestroom located across the hall. At the end of the day completely recharge in your ultra-comfortable king-sized bed showcasing top-of-the-line linens & lush pillows. Whether you are putting your shoes on to get ready for a hike or simply need to escape to watch your own show on the mounted smart TV, added seating is available in the retro blue swivel chair.

In the mornings get some fresh air or utilize your mini private patio directly outside of the sliding glass doors for some sun salutations. Luxury does not end there as this bedroom also features a private en suite bathroom with a glassed shower/tub combo, large vanity, & deluxe towels. In between the two guestrooms, an additional half bath is available.
