There is a 5th bunk room that sleeps 12 people with 4 triple bunk beds so 4 double beds on the bottom level to sleep 8 and 4 single beds on the top of the bunks

The are 3 luxurious bathrooms (2 shared - one with large soaking bath)
Ensuite with indoor and outdoor Bali style bathroom

Full kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, meals, dining, huge lounge/studio and lots of stunning outdoor areas set in this gorgeous paradise oasis.

Set in the foothills of the Ferguson valley, surrounded by wineries and brewing co’s, the stunning Wellington Dam & the turquoise blue of ‘Black Diamond Lake’ where you can swim and picnic or sit at Green Door Wines and enjoy the views from your hilltop position looking over the lush green rolling hills to the coast off Bunbury

We do day trip wine tours & picnics for groups and we cater to any special event

Weddings, functions, birthdays, health retreats, or just great family get togethers with the whole place to yourself to enjoy this magical oasis

With the owners as qualified chefs in house in their separate caretaking quarters, you won’t know we are here but we will remain at your disposal should you need anything

The home is fully self contained & fully fitted with everything you need and all towels & linen to self cater and spread out over the whole resort

If you a fancy adding in a day tour in our bus around the various scenic sights and wine tasting of Ferguson Valley or you require a personalized event to be catered for, we are here to organize a wonderful time for you at your whim!

Christmas Party Bonanza

I organised our work christmas party and Sasha and Marty were so accommodating with us. The property was massive and so beautiful! So many places to chill and hang out. It was definitely one of the best work christmas do's we have had in ages! Highly recommend!

Large Group Get Together

The photos on Stayz don’t do it justice. It is a truly stunning property. It is styled beautifully and has a total resort vibe. It blew us away! The bed info on Stayz was confusing. We had 5 families and thought that would work from the detail provided. There are 4 distinct master bedrooms, some of these having more than 1 bed in them and then there is a ‘bunk room’ that was perfect for kids. There was no availability for a sofa or a bed etc in the lounge which made it hard to sleep the 5th single adult with any privacy. The information provided suggested there were bikes and a BBQ available for use, which was incorrect. We were lucky enough to have a discounted stay as one of the first ever bookings, so we expected there to be some hiccups, which there was. Originally we offered catering at a set price but when we requested catering for the 9 adults we were told that it wouldn’t be worth their while and the price would go up. Understandable, but a minimum number for catering at the price offered would have been nice to start with. We had a couple of chefs in our group so we chose to do it ourselves and make it part of the weekend. We were offered catering again and again and the messages started coming through SMS instead of Stayz which I didn’t like. The man who greeted us at the property and subsequently took our call when the bath wouldn’t drain and a globe in the toilet blew needs to work on his customer service. I loved the property enough to come back though.

We also operate day tours visiting a handful of hand selected local wineries with a picnic lunch and a swim in the beautiful aqua blue 'black diamond' lake to top off the end of an amazing day, where you will be returned back to your tropical hideaway for some more R&R being chauffeured the whole day to enjoy the sights of this beautiful region of the Ferguson Valley
