Family get away!

Our family of 9 stayed at this property for one full week. It was the perfect size, the perfect location for an enjoyable vacation. The property owner kept in contact with us and answered any and all questions and gave us great recommendations for. I highly recommend this property for a great family getaway!

Beautiful Property!

This house was perfect for my family reunion. It accommodated my brothers and our families very well. It was much more spacious than I expected. It was in a great location and was very comfortable for all of us.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

Had an amazing girls golf weekend. The location was perfect with lots of rooms, places to hang out and relax, view of golf course and lake. The game room was a huge hit and a lot of fun. Location was close to lots of things to do and places to eat. Owner was very responsive.

Perfect for our Family Getaway

Seven family members, ages 4 to 82, enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 3-night stay at this property. The game room was a life-saver as we all enjoyed much time there when not at the pool. We were all able to spread out and enjoy time away from each other as well. Memories were made and we would definitely return again! Thank you!

Great house

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Pool table adds so much fun to it as do the slot machines. The view of the lake is amazing and there is so much to do in that area. Keith the guest contact was very helpful with any questions i had. Would definitely rent here again

Beautiful Home with lots of Bonues!!

My family and I LOVED this home!! It's not only beautiful but it had everything and anything at our fingertips. It's close by so many restaurants, rentals,entertainment, gas stations and so much more! Very convenient! Our kids and husband's had a blast the game room!! We will definitely be coming back !!

We love staying at Tan-Tar-A Eststes/Margaritaville whenever we go to the Lake of the Ozarks. There is so much to do. This condo was great. There was a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of room for the family. The game room came in handy for evening entertainment and when rain spoiled our fishing trip. The home is beautifully decorated and included everything we needed to feel at home. The host was great about communicating. He sent a pdf with info about the home and surrounding area that we could peruse before we arrived and was quick to respond when we had questions. Expectations were clear and check-in/out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend (if you don’t mind stairs).

New Years Crew

Eight friends gather every year to ring in the new year. This home met all our needs. The first thing we noted was how clean the house looked and smelled. The guys loved the game room and the extra large TV. There was plenty of space to gather and play games. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. I really appreciated how quickly the owner responded to my questions. We would stay here again.

GREAT VACATION. THIS HOME WAS UNBELIEVABLE

We had 12 for a golf outing staying here. There is so much room in this home and everything is really nice. The kitchen has plenty of room and pots/pans to cook meals. The deck overlooks the water and has a gas firepit which was perfect at night sitting out on the back porch. There is also a brand new gas grill and Blackstone grill which is an added bonus. The game room with pool table and arcade games was a big hit, especially the last night when it was raining outside. All 4 bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space and we were not cramped at all, even with 12 people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice play to have a fun or relaxing vacation. Nothing but positive reviews from our entire group. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Home is very nice for family get togethers.

We rented this home for family weekend. It was great for us. The kids bunk bed room downstairs was perfect. Each of the King bedrooms were very big. Also downstairs. Each of the downstairs bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The bedroom on the main level is a Queen and the bathroom is off the entry hall. Each bedroom has it's own t.v for those quiet times. The game room is great! There is a nice assortment of family board games along with what is shown. Parking could be an issue if you have big vehicles. The Pools at Land Shark are open to the Public and free. There is also a smaller pool within walking distance from the home. Overall a very nice home. Plenty to keep your group busy. I would advise if you have and infant ( we did, 18 month old) take a pack and play and a portable baby gate.
