8 adults3 teens 4 kids And everyone was satisfied and had a great time. Lots of sitting areas inside and outside and loved that the master bedroom was separate from the rest of the house so I could retreat early.

Overall, a great place to host our annual golf outing. The large beverage refrigerator, ice maker, and two washers and dryers were awesome. The kitchen was stocked well and there were plenty of places to sit whether eating our watching TV. One suggestion I would offer is to make one of the large bedrooms a "bunkhouse" with multiple bunk beds to accommodate larger gatherings, so no one has to sleep on a convertible sofa or futon.

We had a amazing time its the 3rd time we have stayed. Very clean. Having s separate bar area with a fridge for other beverages is awesome. Having a boat ramp is great. Amazing location for our week. Only suggestion i have for us because we have bigger boats is if they would remove the boat ramp pole on the left side and maybe install some concrete there we have a hard time getting our bigger boats launched but great for smaller boats.

overall the property was great. location is great, dock is nice. not a lot of stairs in the house or outside. the towel and tp holders in the one bathroom need attn and seemed to not be very secure which is a very minor thing. the biggest thing that i found to be an issue with most of the group of 14, the floors. they are slicker than snot if they get any liquid on them. non slip area rugs and additional kitchen rugs would be beneficial. we would definitely stay here again or the next door property owned by the same host which we stayed at previously as well.

We had a great stay at this property. Beautiful decor. Very clean , cozy and comfortable. Gorgeous views! Dock was a very nice place to enjoy the morning coffee. The property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions.Would stay again and recommend to friends.

The property is very nicely decorated. The deck entrance is a ramp. Nice not having to use stairs carrying items in. Very nice having boat launch and ample parking for vehicles and trailers. It would be nice to have a small freezer added to house as the second refrigerator doesn't have one. Cookware nice and has crackpot! We were very comfortable great rental for couple.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay and the condition of the home and the dock! I honestly don't think I’ve staying in a cleaner rental- even the dishes and kitchen cabinets were spotless. I would highly recommend this property and we’re already considering booking again for next year.
