Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We hope the refund we provided for the condition of the bunk room helped address that concern. There had been heavy rains and we were treating that area prior to your arrival. When our team was refused access to the area/home and it was left with the door shut throughout your stay it did create a very challenging environment - which has been resolved. We also wish we had known about the additional issues with the air conditioning, coffee makers, and ice makers during your stay so we could have looked into them right away. Anytime a coffee maker is not working we deliver a new one that same day. We appreciate your comments and will use them to help improve the guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

We’re especially sorry to hear about the cleanliness and safety concerns you encountered. We truly wish we had known about these issues during your stay rather than after check-out. Had we known at the time, we would have had the opportunity to send our team out to address the concerns while you were still there. We also regret that our initial response to your private email did not convey the appreciation and concern your feedback deserved. We take your comments and photos seriously and passed them on to our team when they were received by email. From the email it was indicated as feedback for review; which is exactly how we utilized it. From your pictures and feedback; several were outside - the outside areas will have leaves, acorns, and twigs on them due to the heavy tree area. There is a leaf blower in the laundry area of both homes because of this reason. They were cleared prior to your arrival but they do build up daily. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

There is a fairly level path from the bottom of the upper deck stairs of High Tide walking across to the lower deck area of Moon Tide. We’d love to have you back again under cooler skies.
