The nearest beach is just a 2-minute walk (190 m|0.1 mile) away, Xcalacoco Beach and there are several beach clubs nearby too like Petit Lafitte, MVNGATA, Coco Cabaña and Xcalacoco Beach Club & Spa. About 2km down Xcalacoco beach is a nice massage place, OM Massage.

You'll also be about 15-min drive north of downtown Playa del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue. There are also lots of beach clubs and water activities there too like Zenzi, Lidos, INTI, Mamitas Beach Clubs and more. There are also rooftop pools at many of the hotels that offer fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea. Getting Around:
The property is about 51 km | 32 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Condominio The Eight Condos complex. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available; just be sure to take registered taxis only and ask the price before getting in.

If going to Playa del Carmen, just note there are PARKING METERS in town. There is one digital parking meter per street and you have to look for it. The hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, for a maximum of 6 hours. Display the receipt on the dashboard. Failure to properly display will result in the vehicle being immobilized.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to climb stairs to reach certain areas at the property.

The pack and play has an additional cost of 10USD per night.

There is an elevator; however, if it is out of order or under repairs, you will need to climb the stairs.

Please note that there may be potential for noise such as general living noises from others nearby.

Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, quality bed linens, beach/pool and bath towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, and parking are all provided free during your stay.

You can ask the concierge about transportation, groceries, playpen/travel cot, massages, etc.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, body gel, and shampoo. They are not replenished during your stay, so please note that if you run out, you will need to purchase more. Also, there are some cleaning products provided, like soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent.

There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using a code. All of the access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
