Located on an estate with 3.9 acres, you're welcome to the shared use of kayaks and a private tennis courts, as the Owners will be using the main house during the summer months.

When the hydrangeas and sea grasses are in full bloom around the outdoor patio and deck you'll enjoy private outdoor spaces, complete with comfortable seating, full dining table and chairs and gas grill.

The Post & Beam interior is a relaxed contemporary style with white washed floors, cathedral ceilings and simply charming seaside decor. The main level includes an open Kitchen/Dining/Living area that opens through sliders to the waterside deck.

All three Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, along with an open Loft sitting area. There's a full Bath on each level and a Laundry Room conveniently located off the 2nd level hallway. Central AC

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.
