Anne-Marie was an exceptional host! She was attentive to detail, prompt with responses, and accommodating for our arrival/check-out times. The house is also absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect-right next to the beach! I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Anne-Marie's home! The location could not be better, a 4 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. The water was so clear, and during low tide there are multiple sandbars to walk out to and hang in the shallow waters. There were great restaurants around—we ate at one of the restaurants Anne-Marie recommended twice! The house is very comfortable, clean, and homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. She was very communicative to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back!!!

Anne-Marie was a fantastic host! She is prompt with responses and provides everything you need for your stay. Her house is lovely and meticulously clean. It may not be the best layout for young children due to her many beautiful furnishings. However we didn't have that issue as we traveled with adult children. It was a great location for exploring the area as we were able to visit many places within a short drive. The house is nestled into a peaceful spot! Just perfect for coffee and a good book in the morning!

We rented the vacation home for a multigenerational family vacation. We had a lovely time. Anne Marie was flexible with check in and check out times and was very easy to communicate with. We were lucky to meet Anne Marie and she gave us a quick tour. There is also a binder with information about the house and the area on the kitchen table. The location of the house was perfect. Easy on off from highway. Close enough for day trips to Boston and Cape Cod. The home is as described 3 bedrooms/2.5 ba which worked for us. The beach was walking distance. Although the beach is New England beach which is very rocky and cold water. Only a few items that reduced our rating. The wi-fi was a little spotty which Anne Marie was going to look into. There were some ants in the patio area (I know this is probably normal). And the kids weren’t the biggest fan of the fragrance of the house (incense/firewood). Otherwise we had a great time and would love to visit again.

I’m happy to report that the issue appears to have been temporary, and the Wi-Fi has been working well since your stay. For future guests, I also wanted to clarify that our beach is a naturally changing New England shoreline—the amount of sand and rock can vary considerably with the tides and after storms, and often the beach is quite sandy. Water temperatures vary throughout the season as well. Thank you again for choosing my home for your family vacation. I’m so glad you had a great time!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I live in a lovely, quiet and green neighborhood. There are trees all around and I’m two blocks from the beach and two miles from Cape Cod.

I love walking along the beach which is long and gently curved in a bay and you can walk for hours if you choose… our beach is very dog friendly and has a cliff on one side so it’s easy and safe to walk your dog off leash. It’s also a private beach so it’s never crowded.

I also love walking along Cape Cod Canal. Many people also bike the canal and walk dogs there.
There is also a pond, hedges pond which is less than a five minute drive away with a playground. There are actually 360 pounds in the town of Plymouth. Not all our accessible but there are many that have wonderful beaches and walking areas.

Plymouth center is 15 minutes north and has amazing restaurants and historical sites like Plimouth Pawtuxet museums.

The Sagamore bridge onto Cape Cod is two miles to the south. So many wonderful beaches, restaurants and much more history!

I have a house binder that gives local recommendations which I can email to you ahead of time.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is a post and beam house on a half acre of land. It’s a beautiful, serene and deeply restful place. This is a very quiet neighborhood so it’s not appropriate to have parties or be loud late at night. But because of that it’s a place to really relax, renew and rejuvenate!

I do healing work so there are beautiful crystals around my home and people say that they sleep very deeply here.
I’m happy to share my home with you and I trust that you will treat it with respect and appreciation.
