Beach Life 2 Min walk to the Beach

Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 parking space townhouse is located in a quiet gated community within walking distance of one of WA’s finest beaches. Our home by the beach has been much loved and is being passed on for you to enjoy what Rockingham has to offer. With a short walk (<500m) to the local beach, cafes, restaurants and larger shopping complexes, it's the ideal spot to kick back, spend time on the beach, and enjoy your time away. For our boat/fishing lovers, we are 750m away from Val St jetty, which is commonly known as Rockingham jetty and 1.5km away from Palm Beach jetty.

If you're looking for something more than just the beach for a day, then you're positioned in a prime location to travel to places including (but not limited to): Perth's Wildlife Encounter, Perth's Wake Park, Shoalwater Islands Marine Park, Rebound Arena Indoor Trampoline Center, Rockingham Museum, Peel Estate Wines & Whitelakes Brewing (much needed for parents/adults)!

We have provided Netflix, 7Plus, 9Now, 10Play for your enjoyment during the evenings as well as books and a range of games to get the family/friends involved.

Beach House Bliss

We travelled from Ireland, it was such a beautiful place to stay,close to beach and all cafes and restaurants. Ally and Josh are wonderful couple to deal with. They allowed us to have our grandchildren come and stay with us. Hopefully we will return again.

Rockingham stay

The property was in a fantastic location. All in all a great place to stay. It was a little warm in the upstairs room even with the portable aircons.

Great find

The accommodation was conveniently located to shops and foreshore. Able to walk everywhere, but if you do drive there is Parking on site and plenty of designated street parking.The townhouse has plenty of room, and it was clean. There is even an area for kids to play. The accommodation was priced well .

Great Location

Beach Life Accomodation was perfect for our needs. Located so close to the beach and shops. Kitchen had everything we needed and the townhouse was clean and nicely appointed. Would be more than happy to stay again. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Check I was easy too! Thank you Ally & Josh

Catch up

Location was awesome. Close to the beach and foreshore. Coming from interstate we would have liked a few basics like coffee tea and sugar so we didn't have to waste our money purchasing those things. TV reception was not great (even though you are not there to watch the TV). Small things like decent pillows would have gone a long way. The dining chairs were bent thus uncomfortable. Liaison between property manager was amazing. Easy access. Overall i would stay there again. Thank you so much Ally and Josh for sharing your property with us.

Firstly, a big thank you for viewing our property! Our names are Ally & Josh and we are a young family who live for travelling and have loved what Rockingham has to offer. We have recently chosen to relocate close to family on the East Coast for our little one. Whilst living in Rockingham we loved spending our days on the beach and tucking into plenty of foods at the local cafes/restaurants that are situated within walking distance of our property on Rockingham Beach Road.

We promise you will love waking up to the sounds of fresh waves breaking each morning, giving you that urge to want to head out early to explore.
