With a roomy hot tub, lake views, ping pong table, outdoor games and so much more this property is sure to be a crowd pleaser. From the moment guests arrive they will want to “Twist and Shout” with excitement! Expertly decorated with a contemporary modern farmhouse feel, guests are sure to adore the special and unique touches throughout the entire property. The open layout allows for multiple seating areas and socializing opportunities. The cathedral ceilings showcase the beauty and vastness of the living and dining room. Picturesque windows allow the Texas sunshine to fill the room with plenty of natural light. The wood beams and flooring set the space off to display the rich jewel tones throughout the room giving it a warm contemporary feel.

The sleek and stunning kitchen, hosts a spacious island with gorgeous marble countertops making for an exquisite centerpiece. A sparkling stainless steel fridge and electric range are flanked by stylish, industrial-inspired light fixtures. With the farmhouse sink, bright white backsplash, and endless storage, this kitchen is sure to be a place to gather and linger. Just off the kitchen a dining table for eight is the perfect place to enjoy family meals. The living space offers plenty of seating with two sofas, chairs, and large screen TV, perfect for watching a favorite sports team or movie. After a day at the lake guests are welcome to wash their lake towels in the roomy laundry room.

Sleep soundly in one of the four lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom offers accents of rich emerald green and soothing grays, a king bed, lovely furnishings, and unique artwork. Take a walk down “Penny Lane''in this show stopper bathroom! With a unique mix of tile and style to include: penny and starburst tile, old world stone, a large walk in shower with elegant stand alone tub, double vanity with beautiful countertops along with wood flooring are sure to make this an experience to remember. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and lovely linens, attached bath with walk in shower that features beautiful tile work. Upstairs, bedroom three hosts a queen bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower, and Bedroom 4, perfect for the kids, hosts a Queen over queen bunk bed, large television, and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs find a media room with comfy seating, large television, gaming equipment, and access to the upper deck. Enjoy a competitive game of Ping pong on the upper deck. Lounge in the comfy outdoor furniture and take in the hill country views. The lower deck hosts a sun-kissed front porch, plush lounge chairs, a roomy hot tub, a perfect spot to grill up your favorites while watching glorious Hill Country sunsets.
If you are looking for Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.
