The suite is aligned with the new BC legislation for Short Term Rental; LEGAL to continue hosting even after May 1, 2024.

Imagine sitting in the living room, enjoying the scenic view of mountains from the windows as deer are grazing and walking in the neighborhood. At will you turn the smart TV (with Netflix) on while you are enjoying a cup of coffee from our coffee maker with your family. You use the equipped kitchen to bake breads or make warm meals, and eventually the blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night sleep.

Enjoy this bright, spacious and family friendly suite with a good view of the mountains. This is a great option for those who love being in nature, as well as in a close distance to entertainment centers, urban amenities, shopping centers or the Royal Road university. Watching the deer that are walking and grazing in the neighborhood is a must to see.

It is a self check-in, private entrance suite with a bright Fire-placed living room, dinning area, kitchen, desk space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, fast internet and a large flat screen smart TV (with Netflix). Only a few minutes drive to plenty of sightseeing landmarks.

The property was very cozy, nicely furnished and decorated. The living room was quite chilly one of the days but once we figured out the heating system/remote was able to rectify quickly. Property is well located and in a lovely neighbourhood. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, linens and beds were comfortable and clean. The hosts were very welcoming and I would definitely stay at this property with these hosts again.

Very easy check in and manager Babak was able to accomadate our early check in. Babak replied to any questions promptly Unit was clean. Unit location was quiet and easily accessible. We could occasionally hear foot steps from the upper level which did not affect us.Unit was very well stocked with sufficient bathroom supplies, linens and cooking/kitchen supplies including salt and pepper, tin foil and most importantly coffee. We appreciated these essentials.We would reccomend this unit and stay here again. Thank you Bakak

Nice suite with great view

Stayed for a few nights while visiting family in the Colwood area. The suite was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. The view out the living room window was amazing! Two bathrooms was also a nice feature.

We are very pleased with our choice of accommodation while visiting family close by. Location is great, easy access from ferries and in to Victoria. A lovely area to walk around. Comfortable and quiet

We were visiting family in the area and this place fit our needs quite well. Place is clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms had all the toiletries available - next time we won't bring our own. On check-out we needed a little more time and the owners where most accommodating. D & B

Spacious apartment. Large living room and kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful and friendly hosts. It is a bit dated - could use some new furniture, bedding, but clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the wifi and the host tried to get it resolved before we left. Depending on where you plan to explore, it is a good 20 min drive into downtown Victoria, 30 mins to Butchard Gardens, and 45 mins. to Swartz Bay for the ferry.

Spacious property

Nice and spacious property in Colwood. Everything was as advertised and the property manager was very responsive and communicative. Large and well furnished kitchen, open plan dining and living room plus two well sized bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Only knock against this property is that the fixtures in the bathroom are a little dated, but consistent with other properties in and around Victoria. The smart TV offered many streaming services, which was a pleasant surprise.

Clean and spacious as advertised

A bit far from some tourist attractions but overall the stay was good. The home was quiet, which we appreciated since we had little ones to put to bed early. The spacious living area also allowed kids a little space to play and run around. The AC was nice but we didn't use it since it was still a little chilly outside. The themostat didn't seem to work in the second bedroom and although the kitchen was full sized, it was not ideal for cooking since hood fan/exhaust was not functional (hood fan works, but no exhaust line). Overall, would recommend but maybe not if you would like to cook on vacation.
