We were in town for baseball tourney all over Atlanta. This house was a great location and close to everything. House is nice and spacious and a great layout!

The Perfect Stay

Cannot say enough about this property. So much space for our group of 12 to gather both indoors and outdoors. The stocked kitchen and bathrooms were definitely a plus. Beautiful decor. Champagne glasses for our mimosa brunch…yes. The beautiful and spacious island that our caterer used to display our meals…yes. Plenty of parking, great conversations by the fire pit (although we didn’t light it) enjoying fresh air on both decks, letting fresh air in through the numerous sliding glass doors on both levels…just wow. We are looking forward to using the space again next year!

Great Stay for Convention

A couple of my friends and I got this place so we could be near a gaming convention for the weekend. Everything was great but I wish we had a house layout since the listing didn’t specify one of the rooms could only be accessed through a shared bathroom. Besides the layout, everything was great and the communication was easy with the host. This is the second time we stayed at an Evolve rental and they were great.

Beautiful and Very Convenient!

This home was immaculate! It has been beautifully redone. Plenty of space and supplied with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation! Quiet neighborhood and yet you are about 20 minutes away from everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Home!

Highly recommend this home! We had five couples stay here to help celebrate a 40th birthday.. They came from several different states and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It was close to the venue, as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, The Battery, and downtown Atlanta. There are several living areas upstairs and in the basement. There are some great outside areas to hang out as well. The way the home is situated on the lot makes it very private and there is a lot of parking space. The home was also very clean and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating to let us check in a little early and check out a little later due to couples arriving at different times. You will not be disappointed in this home!

Home away from home!

This house is beautiful, the pictures look identical to the in-person view. We received detailed checkin and checkout instructions. This home is quite spacious and allows everyone the desired comfort. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, which was a very pleasant experience. We plan to return for additional stays, my family was very pleased. Thank you! 😊

big house, excellent hosts

The house was just what we needed for our family while in town for a funeral. It was clean and nice and comfortable. We had to book at the last minute when our other accommodations fell thorough and the hosts were responsive and got every question we had answered. It was a smooth experience. If you need a big house in the Smyrna area, this is the place to stay.

Awesome Stay! Awesome House! Awesome Host!

We were in town for a convention and had our booking wrongfully canceled at different house two days before our arrival— THANK GOD this house and host were able to accommodate us quickly, make us feel welcome and at peace during the most hectic weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable and the host was super responsive. Not to mention the decor of the home was so lovely, and super well thought out. I’m hoping that next year when we come back for the convention we can stay here again because it was just a perfect stay!

The property was everything it was presented to be. The house has a wonderful, spacious layout with plenty of room to "live" while away from home. Everything was clean, and kept up inside and out. The owners provided just enough communication to be helpful and attentive without being overbearing and it was greatly appreciated! When we're back in Atlanta, this will be on of our first choices! Thank you to the hosts for making it a great stay :)

A Truly Amazing House and Experience!

Our stay in this truly peaceful Smyrna home was beautiful. The hosts were some of the most caring and considerate we have ever had. We went as a group of friends joining in a spiritual retreat and everything was just perfect. The location is great, plenty of stores around,(Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc), close to the airport and not far from downtown and other Atlanta suburbs. The neighborhood is also a nice place for walking/ strolling in the afternoons/evenings. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt cared for by the hosts with plenty of clarity and support. A great choice if you are staying in Smyrna/Atlanta. ( Also, the house has TONS of room!) Thank You!

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

Loved the house. The kitchen was everything we needed. Plenty of the pots, pans, cooking ware, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc. It was extremely well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper; hair dryers, curling irons (though we didn't use). Good washer and dryer that we used to clean towels only. All of the beds were comfortable, good mattresses, sheets, pillows, and coverings. Plenty of sitting room to gather around and tables to eat, play games, put puzzles together. Plus a ping pong table downstairs. We were very pleased and loved that the driveway held all our cars and was easy to get in and out of. The lighting inside and out was exceptional. We had no complaints that weren't easily and quickly fixed my the manager. Highly recommend this home.

This place is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Upon arrival and seeing the home, I was wow. The home is very well taken care of. The kitchen, and living room space was enough for my entire family. The rooms are just right and house was spotless. I didn’t see anything wrong with this place. The owner was very communicative from day one. Making sure if we need anything and was there to support us. She was nice to provide early checkin for us. I recommend this place to anyone who have a large family, and wanted to have a relaxing time. The home was about 25 mins from the airport and 20 mins to downtown. The home was just perfect for what we needed it for. The patio, the grill outside, the game room with the ping pong table were all worth the amount paid for this home. I would stay here again with my family.

Serene and Spectacular!!

What a wonderful home for our family to spend time together while attending a family wedding. The first thing you will notice upon arrival is the large and spacious circular driveway for ease of access and parking for so many cars without blocking anyone in. From the moment you step across the threshold, the home beckons you to explore and delight in each room and the décor. Everyone had their own private space yet there were multiple options to gather together, inside and outside, upstairs and down. Sitting outside on the deck after the sun went down was so relaxing and peaceful. We felt as if we were in a mountainside retreat. The flowers and trees were in bloom and added to the ambience. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy the entire property and all it has to offer. The host is very gracious and communicates well. You can tell there is pride in ownership and that is reflected in every square foot of this magnificent home. Thank you again for providing our family a place for fun and fellowship, love and laughter, beauty and blessings while we were there. We will definitely recommend and look forward to a return trip in the future.
