Brand new high end kitchen and main bathroom as of February 2025. This highly sought after and highly rated VRBO home is a beautiful, spacious, relaxing 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2200 square foot home on a large lot with a cozy firepit seating area. All beds are memory foam for your comfort. There are 4 Queen sized beds and 1 king size bed in the home. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (about 35 minutes) to The Battery which is the beautiful complex where the Atlanta Braves play (Truist park), The Roxy concert venue resides, as well as many great restaurants, bars, and shopping locations. The location of the home is very central to the suburban areas of Atlanta and only 20 min from the city itself. It is an excellent place to stay for baseball games and tournaments, conventions, concerts, business trips, and anything you want to do in downtown Atlanta (while not staying downtown). This home is also fantastic for long term stays for work for traveling executives, traveling nurses, traveling doctors, long term projects, etc.

Everything was exactly as presented online. The renovations on the house were absolutely beautiful. And the space accommodated everything that we needed. Chris was amazing and very responsive whenever I reached out to him and that always scores huge points with me.

Spring Break Family Trip

My husband and I brought our three kids and my elderly parents for the week to house-hunt for our upcoming move. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy. The yard was a blast to sit at the fire pit while the kids played. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic family stay

Our family had a wonderful short trip to Atlanta, and this rental was a huge part of why! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was excellent - prompt, friendly, and informative. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The property itself was exactly as described, if not even better. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect for us - close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this host to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay near the city.

My family enjoyed this comfortable home. It was just what we needed with our varied age group. All my questions were promptly answered. The kitchen was welcoming with filters and coffee provided. I brought a few Christmas decorations from home to make it a bit more festive. We will stay here again when In Smyrna.

Nice space inside and out.

The home is perfect for a large family or a few couples having four bedrooms and three baths. I would suggest bringing hairdryer since there was only one in the house. Three in one body gel, shampoo and conditioner was provided. It was a good product, but you may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise, the property was in good condition, The home was very clean and there is lots to do in the general area. I would stay there again.

Braves trip with grandchildren

Property was as pictured - in fact even nicer than expected. Spotlessly clean. Neighborhood felt very safe for my solo morning walk. Beds were comfortable - plenty of towels. Suggestions - for those of us who like to read in bed, bedside tables and lamps would be great. I was also slightly nervous when I did not receive the lock code until the day of arrival, but it did arrive in plenty of time, especially as our flight down was affected by the Delta- CrowdStrike debacle.

Great Location for A Ballgame

The house was quite nice. Clean, and well maintained. We had easy access to Truist Park, which was nice as we had tickets to three games. The address stickers on the mailbox were losing their stickiness a bit, making finding the house slightly difficult. We all had a good time.

Great space and location

We had more than enough room for 8’people. Loved that the house had everything we needed including natural hand soaps, paper towels and toilet paper. We were very comfortable here and it was a great location to everything we were doing here in town.

Perfect location

Enjoyed our time here for a family wedding. Perfect location for us. Safe neighborhood and close to lots of things. House was what we needed. Would have been great to have additional seating in the living room (maybe not table and chairs upstairs and downstairs?) but we worked things out just fine. Owner very attentive to a few questions we had when we arrived.
