Grande maison familiale située dans une communauté de terrain de golf. Ceci est une maison de 4 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains avec un plan d'étage ouvert, mais dispose d'espaces privés pour ceux qui recherchent un peu d'isolement pour se détendre et se détendre. Parfait pour les grandes familles avec deux espaces de vie et deux espaces de restauration. Meublés avec goût et contenant des fournitures et des équipements, nous essayons de fournir à la plupart des articles quotidiens dont vous aurez besoin.

Great Host - Home was Peaceful and Spacious

A big thank you to our host who was gracious and super responsive. The home was in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with a variety of restaurants nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the bright and airy sunroom overlooking the pool. A great place to have your morning coffee. Our host and the home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again for futures trips to the area.

Met and Exceeded Expectations

Property Manager was helpful and courteous. Property was conveniently located, clean and well-appointed with plenty of lounging space. Attractions (MLB Baseball stadium and shopping venues) were close, yet this residential neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Perfect for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and will seek this listing first when staying in this area in the future.

Not as the pictures portrayed..SCAM!!!!

There is no way that the reviews were legitimate! This home was very dirty, and nothing like what we saw on the pictures. We left immediately after arriving. The owner refused to refund our money, and VBRO was no help at all. I would not even think about letting my child get in the pool. There was glass on the floor, drops of blood on the floor, doors off the hinges, and the base boards were disgusting. The owner stated that they had just redone the hardwoods. One would think she would have completed the project before allowing her property to be rented. I have pictures to prove everything that was wrong with the property.

We’re in love with this place!

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay here! Carin was a gracious host. The house was better than the photos, it had everything imaginable, including a magnificent showers with heated floors in the bathroom. The master bedroom floors were also heated! We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked with everything imaginable. The house has a golf view in the backyard — and there are lots of areas for safe walking. We’ll be back when the pool is open and we can’t wait! All in all — a great experience !

Nice house and location. Was convenient to most major attractions in Atlanta. House was better in person than pictures online. Saltwater pool was a big hit with the kids and a must in the hot Atlanta summer!

Gorgeous house, amazing host

Our family absolutely adored our stay at Chez Melet! We enjoyed lounging by the crystal clear pool and had tons of space to stretch out in this immaculate home. Beds were comfy and room for our larger family. Carin is so attentive and answered any questions we had. Awesome. Stay here!

Mixed experience, wonderful neighborhood and location

Our group was in town for a business event at the Mercedez-Benz stadium. The house is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. We had 11 people stay there including 2 10-year-old's who enjoyed the pool. There are only 3 actual beds, but we used an air mattress provided by the host, a twin mattress on the floor, and couches and futons to make things work. The master suite was nice, the other bedrooms just average. The home itself was not well maintained with missing light bulbs, holes in the walls behind door knobs, and sliders to the outside that do not lock. The host indicated where to find clean linens and we had difficulty finding enough that didn't smell bad. The air conditioning would reset to 80 degrees every two hours. Carin is a friendly host. She did make efforts for us, like purchasing new towels (because she said the previous guests stole them all), purchasing light bulbs, and an additional garbage bin. We were disappointed that the the home was not clean, the house wasn't ready at check in time, and the sheets and bedding were stained. Several blankets could not be used because of the smell. There were ants in the kitchen, cut toenails in the couch, and it looked like under the beds hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We found water bottles, a nail file and garbage, including one filled with chewing tobacco when we were setting up the beds. It definitely didn't seem to have been cleaned professionally. We have pictures, but don't know how to attach them here. We chose this VRBO because of the many reviews remarking about the cleanliness of the property, so this was a big shock and disappointment. I wish we had chosen the other property. The pool was dirty when we arrived but she did have it cleaned later in the week. There were 2 overflowing garbage bins with additional bags on the ground. Carin did purchase a different bin for us, but none were emptied over the time we were there so it smelled bad. After our stay, she offer to refund the cleaning fee, and given our disappointment we were hoping for a larger refund since we don't feel we got what we paid for. She has yet to refund us the cleaning money.

Clean, comfortable and classy decor with convenient floor plan and easily accessible location.

Driving in I was impressed with the well-lit house and well-maintained front yard. The front door was equipted with a state of the art keyless entry which proved to be quite convenient. Once inside, I found the home to be clean and classy yet with a really comfortable decor, thay made us feel right at home. The spacious common area and colorful bedrooms were inviting and warm, and the several bathrooms were conveniently located on each floor. Home entertainment systems were easy to use, and the kitchen was both clean and modern and allowed for easy home food prep for the entire family. The property was situated in an upscale country club neighborhood adjacent to a beautiful golf course that borders the rear of the house beyond the back deck of the swimming pool. While the season did not afford swimming, the spot provided a nice and comfortable retreat in a nature-rich environment. Moreover, the owner provided easy means of communication for getting answers to simple questions such as operation of the zoned heating and cooling systems. I was very impressed with the overall ecperience and will continue to seek out this location when we seek to stay in this area in the future.

Loved it so much, I stayed 3 times

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property. We stayed here while our house was under renovation. Carin, was an extremely attentive host to our needs. This house was amazing, better and much larger than the pictures show. The house was sparkling clean and had lots of extras that aren't mentioned in the listing. The swimming pool with the gold dragon and gold duck was a hit with the kids.

Carin's house was perfect for our stay in Marietta. She is so easy to work with and was quickly responsive to our questions. Our grandson especially enjoyed the pool with the dragon & unicorn. Lovely home

Lovely home in a great location with an easy walk into town. The house is well appointed and spotlessly clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
