Large Three Bedroom and Three Bathroom Villa Close to the Pool!

This Fazio villa will be perfect for your next vacation getaway! With ample room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and updates throughout, what's not to love?

The kitchen is beautiful featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. Coming fully-stocked, you'll be able to enjoy family meals in your villa! The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. There's a bar area also with a built-in wine cooler. A full size laundry is available and makes life easier while on vacation.

A beach-contemporary theme adorns the main living area with comfortably yet aesthetically pleasing furniture. In the living area there'll be a large Smart TV and a large sliding door to your private deck as well.

Completing the first floor is one of the guest bedrooms. The first floor guest bedroom consists of two queen beds and an en-suite guest bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Heading upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and a large en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is beautiful with its granite-topped, two sink vanity along with a large custom-tiled walk-in shower. The final room upstairs is the second guest bedroom. This second guest bedroom is similar to the other guest bedroom with two queen beds. The en-suite guest bedroom is a tub and shower combination.

Outside on your large private deck you can enjoy soaking in the sun, outdoor dining or just keeping an eye on your kids with the community pool being very nearby. The beach can be easily accessed by a short walk or bike ride just down the street. There's also the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a free (and seasonal) on-call shuttle service provided within Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cover Marina!

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

Great location large condo

The set up was perfect. We really loved the location. Everything was clean, in great shape. Well stocked. Steps from pool, easy bike ride to beach access at Disney beach house. Rented bikes and had a blast. Nice big space.

The property has great amenities that are walkable within the complex including a general store with coffee and breakfast, wine bar, beach bar, and more. There are two checkpoints to get to the villas which made us feel very safe. Our villa was perfect for 9 girls - plenty of space in the common areas and bedrooms/bathrooms. Beach was a 10 minute walk through the resort and very clean. The pool could've been a bit cleaner but that was our only issue! Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. The service was excellent as the condo was well maintained and clean. The one is Sue we had was resolved. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we did not arrive until after 8PM. Our son and his college roommates we meeting us from Charleston and when they arrived around 4pm they were not given access to the condo or a car pass due to rental policy - in this case an exception should have been made immediately.
