WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

This property was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a quick beach vacation. The balcony provided seating combined with a lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Pros: Fully stocked kitchen, nice furniture, beach view (only partially obstructed by bldg. on rt. side.)Cons: Dated: particularly the bathrooms/shower area. Needs regrouting - it's been "fixed" many times. NO ceiling fans. MBR needs a fan, even a box fan would help.Finally, dirty floors - after a few hours my white socks were black on bottom. But all else was clean.

Lovely, clean, perfect condo. Has a great beach view. Loved sitting in the balcony. Great swimming pools and hot tubs. All the pots, pans and kitchen utensils I needed. I will stay here again. Loved it.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was an excellent place for a weekend beach vacation. There was plenty of room for all six of us. The beds were comfortable and even on the 6th floor the water pressure was great! We lived having private beach access with shower stations

Roomy, clean and great view

Check in at visitor's center was easy. Access to condo was convenient with a fast elevator. The condo itself was nice and clean and had a great balcony view.

This condo was the perfect getaway in South Padre! It's very well located, the property is well kept, and it's only steps from the beach! The condo was well suited to our needs, very clean, and great to come back to after a long day in the sun! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the kitchen wasn't as complete with essentials as we were lead to believe and some appliances (like the dishwasher) were worse for wear. These were really minor things that weren't too much of an issue, but we would have been more prepared to bring certain cooking utensils and equipment if we had known! All in all, this is still an excellent condo to stay in and I would absolutely consider staying again! It made for a wonderful first trip to South Padre!

We had a great stay and had everything we could possibly need! The condo was very clean, and the location and view was perfect. The Saida complex is well-maintained also.My two top "praises:"1) The kitchen is VERY well stocked with the dishes, pans, utensils of every variety and appliances to cook everything we wanted. (FYI - the only nitpick is the top shelf in the dishwasher probably needs to be repaired as one side is missing a wheel and doesn't stay on track. . . just a heads up - didn't affect us negatively though).2) The shower heads in both showers are fantastic, and were great after a long hot day on the beach.Overall and A experience and we'd happily stay again.

Last minute trip

Took my girls on a last minute trip and was able to easily book the property. Not sure if it hadn't been stayed in for a awhile as it had a smell to it but improved after airing out. The property is nice but dated, pools are warm but not very clean or upkept. It was close to everything with beach access which was very nice. Advertised as having a washer and dryer but only the dryer works.

It was a pretty condo, good layout, loved the balcony view! I felt like it could have been a little cleaner and have better, cookware, appliances, etc. All of the glass top furniture, while pretty, made us really nervous with a 4yo little boy running around because the glass just sits on top of the furniture. It is not secured and does move. Love the showerhead in the master bath! The codo had good space and did not feel crowed. Internet and AC was excellent! The provided toiletries, linens, etc were great. The towels were very nice. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. Could use a ceiling fan in Master bedroom, it was so hot sleeping at night. The rest of the house was a lot cooler. I do think the master bed was comfortable. Had no trouble sleeping. Would suggest maybe adding a couple extra blankets for guest who get cold easier. The condo grounds and amenities were great! We felt very safe here. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed this condo. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much, for everything!
