Sleeping 8 in four bedrooms, this spacious pet-friendly home offers multiple living areas, a wood fireplace, front and rear decks, a fenced yard and plenty of parking. Two daybeds can also accommodate up to 2 additional guests with BYO bedding.



The Space:

Set amongst established gardens and coastal bushland, Seascapes at Rosedale combines beautiful ocean views with the relaxed feel of a classic South Coast beach house.



Start the morning with coffee on the front deck overlooking the coastline, spend the day exploring the nearby beaches, then return for a BBQ and drinks on the covered rear deck surrounded by gardens and birdsong. In winter, the wood-burning fireplace makes the house an equally inviting cool-weather escape.



Inside, high ceilings and exposed beams create a light, character-filled home with plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by additional family space, a loft/studio and daybeds, providing plenty of options for relaxing during your stay.

Please note Bedroom 4 adjoins Bedroom 3.



The four bedrooms provide standard sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.



Two daybeds can also accommodate up to 2 additional guests. If you plan to use the daybeds for sleeping, please bring all bedding required, including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets or doonas, as bedding is not supplied for the daybeds.



Bed linen is provided for the four main bedrooms.

Guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.



Kitchen

The spacious kitchen enjoys views towards the coast and is well equipped for relaxed holiday cooking. Facilities include an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making facilities and an extensive range of appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils.



Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms with showers and toilets, including a bath in one bathroom.

There is also a semi-enclosed hot-water outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the home and outdoor areas during their stay.

Self-check-in is available via a key safe, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace. Generous off-street parking is available, with room for cars and a boat.

Please note the garage is not included unless prior arange has been made.



The Neighborhood:

Rosedale is one of the quieter coastal pockets of the Eurobodalla region on the NSW South Coast, making it a lovely choice for guests wanting beaches and bushland without the busier feel of the larger towns.

From the house you can walk to three beaches, making morning swims, beach walks and lazy summer days wonderfully easy. Nearby coastal areas include Guerilla Bay, Tomakin, Mossy Point, Broulee and Malua Bay, while Batemans Bay is within easy driving distance.

For mountain bikers, the property also makes a great coastal base for exploring Mogo Trails, with its extensive network of purpose-built mountain bike trails through Mogo State Forest. The network now includes 72 trails covering around 125 km, with options ranging from beginner green trails through to advanced riding.

It is an ideal location for guests who want to spend their holiday swimming, walking, exploring the coast, mountain biking or simply enjoying the view from the deck.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region; however, one of the major attractions of staying at Seascapes is being able to leave the car behind and walk to several nearby beaches.

Rosedale is conveniently positioned for exploring neighbouring Guerilla Bay, Tomakin, Mossy Point, Broulee and Malua Bay, as well as Mogo and Batemans Bay.

The property offers ample off-street parking, including space for a boat.
