Bayview on Bayview is a comfortable beach house located only 300 metres from Hyams Beach. Elevated in its position, the view of Jervis Bay is captured through the trees. Relax on the large front deck and enjoy the peaceful setting! Sleeping 8 across 4 bedrooms and featuring an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, this house is a great gathering place for friends and family who want to enjoy a peaceful coastal holiday.

Important notes

- Driveway The driveway at this house is extremely steep and is not available to guests. The driveway is not available for any parking. Please refer to parking and stair / access details below. It is very important that you understand this.

- Due to the amount of stairs in this house, infants are not permitted to stay The house is located up a steep driveway. Due to the steepness of the driveway guests are not permitted to use the driveway, and a bollard has been placed in the driveway to prevent any vehicle access. Please see the photos for an image of the driveway and bollard. Guests are required to access the property with their luggage via the staircase to the left of the driveway.

Where will I be?

Bayview on Bayview is located at the top of Bayview Avenue, a cul de sac street. The house and the street are in an elevated position above the Hyams Beach area which gives views of the district and some views of Jervis Bay through the trees. The walk to the main beach at Hyams is 350m each way. The walk back is uphill.

Spanning over three levels, this house feels spacious and offers an ideal layout for groups of friends, or one or two families. Your stay at Bayview will be an enjoyable holiday!

How is the property laid out?

Bayview on Bayview is set over three levels with a deck at the front of the property and a smaller outdoor area nestled at the back of the house. Entering on the lower ground level there are two bedrooms (queen and 2 x singles) and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second level is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is generously sized. The front deck is accessed from the open plan living space and has an outdoor dining set and lounge seats. On the third level is an additional sitting area and two queen bedrooms and shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

This property has a smart TV. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.

What about outdoors?

Bayview on Bayview has a very peaceful setting. Nestled in an elevated position, the front deck is surrounded by trees. Enjoy a meal at the dining table or relax in the comfort of the outdoor lounge! The Jervis Bay National Park is at the rear of the property, and as such there are plenty of natural trees around.

Staying warm or keeping cool

Bayview on Bayview has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area on the second level, and a reverse cycle air conditioner in one of the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Bayview on Bayview. Please bring your own beach towels however!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Bayview on Bayview offers street parking only. The driveway access to the house is steep and guests are not permitted to access the driveway with vehicles. Please be aware of this.

Please also be aware that due to the Friday morning garbage service, street parking is not permitted at the end of the cul-de-sac (in front of the house) between 6am and 2pm. Vehicles may be towed if this is ignored. Alternatively, please park further down the street where the restrictions do not apply.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Pets are welcome at Bayview on Bayview subject to the following rules:

- The back deck is fully fenced, however the fencing is a mixture of a timber gate, wire and a retaining wall that will not contain a jumping dog
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
