The stairs between the top floor and lower lounge level are completely open and therefore not suited to bookings with young children.
There is limited storage at this home but drawers and luggage racks have been provided.
There is a locked room at the entrance, this is for owner storage and not for guest access.
A fully secure backyard but dog owners should be aware the fence is approx 1.2 metres high.
TV reception in Hyams Beach is extremely temperamental and is weather affected. If there is a storm and the TV reception dissipates please be patient as it is not something that can be fixed.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets
