In a quiet corner of popular Point Lonsdale overlooking parkland and the lakes, this immaculate three bedroom home offers the ultimate beachside base. Modern and spacious, it features great size bedrooms, a relaxed backyard, huge open plan living area, deck with views and easy access to the best beaches on the Bellarine.
Off the downstairs entry hall, two stylishly appointed bedrooms offer queen size beds, cupboard storage, block-out blinds and ceiling fans, they share a sleek family bathroom with large shower, feature bath and separate toilet. A laundry with washing and drying facilities leads through to a private backyard with a covered outdoor dining area.
Up the central staircase, a master bedroom suite holds a queen size bed, storage and its own luxe en suite. An upstairs powder room provides convenience, whilst a spacious office with built-in desk means a working-holiday is also an option. With hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, this home is comfortable year round.
The open plan kitchen and living area is perfectly equipped to host unforgettable holiday experiences with family or friends. With views out over the lakes to the Bellarine hills beyond. The fully equipped kitchen has premium appliances as well as a large fridge and breakfast bar along the island bench. With seating for all, a relaxed sitting area features a TV for cosy nights in, whilst indoor/outdoor sliding doors allow the outdoor deck to become an extension of the space.
Point Lonsdaleâs vibrant main street is just a short trip away, whilst the seaside village of Queenscliff offers further access to restaurants, cafes and boutiques. This home is just a 30 minute drive from Geelong, 90 minutes from Melbourne and is also easily accessible via the Queenscliff Sorrento Ferry.
