3 Buoys est situé dans le complexe de Palm Bay Village. Ce complexe propose l'une des meilleures piscines de style lagon que vous trouverez ici sur l'île, avec une cascade et une superbe zone d'eau peu profonde pour les enfants. Et maintenant, la piscine est chauffée pour le plaisir toute l'année. L'ensemble du complexe est magnifiquement aménagé avec un paysage tropical luxuriant. Des barbecues sont également à la disposition des clients.
L'emplacement central de Palm Bay Village permet aux clients d'accéder facilement à tout ce que l'île a à offrir, notamment des kilomètres de plages balayées par les vents, le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn et de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.

INTÉRIEUR
Vous adorerez l'ambiance côtière moderne qu'offre cette propriété très fonctionnelle. Pour commencer, vous avez un garage difficile à trouver pour garer vos véhicules. Sortez de votre voiture et entrez dans la propriété par la cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner 3 repas par jour et des appareils modernes ainsi que de superbes comptoirs en granit noir.
De la cuisine, vous entrez dans la salle à manger pouvant accueillir tout votre groupe. Ensuite, entrez dans le salon spacieux et spacieux doté de canapés confortables et d’une belle et grande télévision à écran plat pour profiter du gros gibier. Vous pouvez profiter d'une belle vue sur la piscine et le patio privé depuis le salon ou sortir sur le patio qui offre une vue magnifique sur les enfants qui s'amusent dans la partie peu profonde de la piscine.
À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez les deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size et leur propre salle de bain privée. Un canapé-lit queen-size est également dans le salon pour deux personnes supplémentaires. Cette unité pourra accueillir un total de six invités.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

Overall the stay was great. The condo was nice and well kept . There was a hiccup on timing of check-in due to a contractor needing to work on the garage door but all in all it was a pleasant stay .

Great place

The condo was a very nice get away. Not far from the beach and near all the restaurants. Plenty of room in the condo to move around. Pool was good size and not crowded.

The unit was immaculate, and every one in our group loved the condo which had plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were extra large and had comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The family room and kitchen area are nice and offer plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a nice movie and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the chef in your family. The resort style pool is a definite plus especially if you would like to unwind after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio offers a nice view of the resort style pool and offers a tranquil area while enjoying your morning coffee. We will definitely book again especially since we love our trips to the coast!

Upon arrival at Mare Dunes, we were so delighted to see that the unit was very clean and the check in process was easy. We have stayed at different units on the property, and this is definitely one of two favorites. The unit is stocked with all the kitchen items needed in order to cook a family meal or if you like there are gas grills on the property for guests to use. The condo also has a very nice patio that you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book while listening to the waterfall from the resort style pool. The rooms are very spacious and offer nice comfy beds for a good night's rest. The complex is located on Padre Island and there is plenty to do with just a short walk or a short drive. We look forward to staying at Mare Dune's in the near future.

Yes the beds aren’t the best but what come to lay out on the beach not the beds. This place did have a recliner that was awesome. Kids loved their room with its own shower/restroom.The downstairs restroom was hot and felt no air in it so we just closed the door and went upstairs.

Felt like home away from home

Great location and easy access to restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Great space, very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the private garage space. No complaints, would stay here again.

Our beach stay

Had a great time staying in the condo. It was only a 3 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. I wish it had some grass for our dog to go to the bathroom. The condo was really big and well equipped. I will definitely be coming back.

It had everything we needed and extra beach supplies to take to the beach! Our minivan and golf cart fit perfectly in the garage! We were able to drive to and from the beach in our golf cart which was really fun! We have stayed at several places on Padre Island and this place has the best pool! We loved that this condo was facing the pool and has gas grills near the condo! Check in and check out is so easy it’s sent to you and you do it all on your phone! Oh and there’s a Stripes store a few steps away! Loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back!❤️
