Amy, a big group is exactly what this house was built to hold, so it is good to hear it worked that way for yours. Long table, plenty of room to spread out, and nobody fighting over a bathroom. Next time you all come down, pull everyone out to the fire pit after dinner and stay out there a while. The Hill Country sky does most of the work once the sun drops, and it is the part most folks tell us they remember. We would be glad to have your crew back. Great space for families, especially with kids. We went there with our kids and our parents and had a multi-generational mini-vacation. The beds are a little high, especially if you’re short, but there are step stools.

Dolly, a multi-generational trip with kids and grandparents is exactly what this house was built for, and it sounds like it delivered. Good call on the step stools for the taller beds, and that note is worth knowing so we can make sure those stools stay right where they are needed. If you ever make it back out to the Hill Country, the property is just as good in the fall when the weather cools down and the kids can spend the whole day outside without melting!

The property is even cuter than the pictures show, and the price is right. Located in a quiet, residential area that's close the the main arteries in Kerrville. The beds are really comfy, check in and check out procedures were easy and seamless, and the place has everything you need to feel right at home. We took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed conversation outside during a chilly evening. Highly recommend for anyone, whether it be a family or group of friends or even a romantic getaway for couples - it's just so cozy!

Victoria, hearing the place looks better in person than in the photos is about the best thing you can tell us, since we put real work into keeping it that way. Glad the beds and the easy check in held up too, and that the fire pit earned its keep on a cool night. Next time you are down this way, take a morning at Kerrville-Schreiner Park along the Guadalupe, then come back and light that fire pit again. Whether it is friends, family or just the two of you, the house will be ready. We keep 10% off for guests who come back to us, so that is there for you next time. Kerrville biking and family vacation.

Great place to stay, especially with children. The house was quiet and beds were comfy. It had a great back yard. . Adults loved the backyard patio and grill, and kids loved the play area.

The home was clean, and there were very thoughtful touches such as a Welcome Basket. We appreciated the owners responsiveness when icy weather delayed our travel by one day. Highly recommend!

Kerrville perfect!

We stayed here so our daughter, who is a counselor all summer at a nearby camp, could spent one night with us and see the pups. The house was perfect - clean, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed! The yard was secure and perfect for the dogs. Highly recommend!!
