This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a modern German-styled cottage, with front porch, and walking distance to the river area. With 4 beds, it can comfortably sleep 8 people. It has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with Roku TV, and plenty of places to relax outside, including a grill and a firepit. Free Wi-Fi.

Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!



Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Comfortable lodging

Stayed with friends for the Kerrville triathlon. Very comfortable stay, loved the front porch and all the stars! Kitchen is well-stocked and the place was clean!

Awesome Family Getaway

We had such a great weekend with our college age boys to celebrate our son's 22nd birthday! The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed.

Perfect place for friends

This cottage was perfect for a group of friends to share. Check in was seamless! The house was clean and had everything we needed! This is our 2nd time staying at this property and will definitely stay again.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage is the perfect place to relax and very peaceful! It has all the amenities you could want. Very clean and and updated. We enjoyed the location and the riverfront. Our host was helpful and friendly! We would love to stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s very well-kept and clean. We love staying there. They’re pet friendly. The management is very responsive to messages and very helpful when assistance is needed.

Exceeded expectations!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time during our stay. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing. We spent hours daily at the river, using the provided kayaks, tubes and rope swing. Headed home super relaxed and looking forward to another trip in the future!

Exactly as presented

Few properties live up to their claims of cleanliness, but this one sure did! In addition, it was a great location, had everything we needed, and check in/out was easy. We were there more for a work weekend, but would love to come back just to relax!

Short stay on our way to pick up kids from camp

We stopped at this nice property as a stop over before picking our kids up from nearby Camp Stewart and Heart of the Hills. The cabin was meticulously clean, the beds comfortable, and AC was good. We didn’t use the waterfront, but it looked like a good location and if we are back we will be happy to use it. Would definitely recommend.

Peace and tranquility in the Texas Hill Country

Casa Blanca exceeded my expectation. I had family/friends coming from various areas. I chose to look for accommodations in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. I needed a central location that could accomodate 8 people. The house was beautiful! It had a spacious living area and plenty of beds for all of us. Hearing nothing at night and just watching the stars was incredibly relaxing. The Guadalupe River is a short walk across the road. We all enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Casa Blanca River Stay

Yes, this is a great place to vacation Cottage is well equipped with all you need to cook with seasonings Beds are excellent and comfortable plus it's super clean. With a great front porch and fire pit for after dark meetings. Mr Eddie meet us on arrival with all info needed to have a great time both at house and river. Easy access to river and plenty of floats, kayaks life jackets, and BBQ pit for your use. Casa Blanca is on the right track with all their remodeled homes and suppling of your entertainment Will be back next summer as my group had a great time Thanks Eddie for help.

Nice Stay for Easter Weekend

The house was easy to locate, clean, and the rooms matched the description perfectly. There was a faint dog scent upon arrival, but it was minimal and did not affect our stay. We were especially grateful for the opportunity to bring our own dog along—an accommodation we truly appreciated.One point of critique would be the limited supply of linens. With six guests in our party, we found only three hand towels and four bath towels provided, which proved to be insufficient.The most disappointing aspect of our visit was the riverfront access across the street. When we went to enjoy a walk along the river, we found the area crowded with a large family occupying much of the space with fishing poles set up along the entire bank. The seating and viewing areas felt too small for the number of people present. I assume that, due to the holiday weekend, most or all of their rentals were occupied, contributing to the congestion.

One of the best equipped rentals ever

The house, though small is very well laid out and easily accomidated our group of six. Eddie met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Among many dozens of rentals, this was the best equipped place we have EVER stayed. Everything we needed was there, and things like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. all were there in abundance, not the ususal one of each "to get you started" as in most places. The short walk across the highway to the river is not ideal, but there are no actual riverfront residences in that area. All the furnishings are new, the place was imaculately clean and there was even a fresh bag of ice in the freezer when we arrived. The private area on the river is shaded, and very well equipped with inner tubes, kayaks, grills and a smoker. Picning tables and lounge chairs make it a great place to relax even on the hottest of days. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return in the future.

Relaxing!

Cabin was perfect size and everything was clean and conveniently located in close proximity to the river. Plenty of kayaks and places to sit/lounge by the water. Eddie was so helpful and friendly! The ONLY thing I wish I had pieced together, was that this is not a river view cabin. Thankfully, it was very close to walk back and forth, and the over sized front porch was extremely relaxing. I definitely recommend this!

Clean, clean, clean

Me and 7 other family members spent the weekend here. We enjoyed ourselves. The house was as it was described in description. However there were no hand towels in the kitchen and the propane grills did not work. We brought charcoal so not all was lost. This location is not far from Fredericksburg, so we spent the first part of Sat. Shopping then came back and swam in the river. We brought our own floats and life jackets however this facility offered a nice selection of river toys and life jackets (no charge). The major disappointment was we thought the house was directly on the river from the pictures and description, however the river is across the street. Not a big deal the river area is very nice, just not what we were expecting. The staff are some of the friendly people and very accommodating. I do recommend staying here and I'd visit again.

Love it.

The house was very clean and very nice. It had charcoal for the grill and propane for the other grill. They supply salt pepper and everything you need to grill out. Was very pleased with this house and would definitely stay again!
