This property is just a 5-minute drive or short walk to Mollymook Golf Club and famous Mollymook Beach. It is also an easy walk to view the annual New Year's Eve and Easter fireworks at the harbour and pristine ocean views.

Open plan living includes plush lounges, TV with Netflix, a 6-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee pod machine.
