There is a secure garage space that fits a medium-sized car, along with visitor parking and free off-street parking for added ease.

Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully equipped for families, featuring a high chair, portacot (guests are asked to bring their own linen), bedrails, and even a selection of beach toys to keep little ones entertained.

The Mollymook Sands complex offers plenty to keep everyone active and relaxed, including a shared pool, BBQ area, and a tennis court. For your convenience, tennis rackets and balls are provided, so you can jump straight into a friendly match.

- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach and pool towels.
- There are approximately 15 steps leading up to the front door. From the apartment, there is a flat walk to the pool and tennis area.
