A first-class chef’s kitchen that is open to every social space in the home comes complete with expansive island, high-end appliances, a generously stocked pantry, bar seating and seamless access to both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Not only is this space purposefully designed for entertaining, it also comes with a bonus – a fully equipped dedicated workstation complete with monitor and printer so guests can keep in touch with the office or school as needed.

For down time, there are two separate common spaces – an open living room with gas fireplace and an intimate lounge – both with Smart HD TVs and loads of comfy seating. Three private bedrooms styled with upscale beach-themed décor feature incredibly soft linens and plenty of options for conveniently stowing away travel items. The master bedroom is an ensuite with king bed, smart TV, WIR, and large bathroom with rain shower and double vanity. There is a second queen bedroom and two king single beds bedroom with BIRs, and they share a gorgeous full bath with soaking tub, glass shower cabin, and stylish floating vanity.

From the covered patio to the soothing Zen water feature, every inch of the outdoor space is designed for relaxation. Dining al fresco is a dream on the patio with large table and roll down screens that provide year-round enjoyment. Use the adjacent deck for yoga or meditation, get in some exercise with a stroll through the green space’s raised garden beds, and soothe your senses to the calming splash of the fountain while star gazing at night from the seating area’s ultra-comfy chairs.

Must-see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the property by lockbox with a code send out 1-day prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
A maximum of two guest vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however blocking neighboring driveways is prohibited. Garage access for vehicle parking is not available.

While we understand that pets are family members too, they are not allowed at this home. No exceptions will be made, and this is a zero-tolerance pet policy. We kindly thank you for your understanding.
