Additional Services/Extras:

✸ Mid-stay clean: $270 plus tax
✸ Early Check-In: Available for $75 + tax (subject to availability). Requests before 1:00 PM may incur an additional night charge. Please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival.
✸ Security Deposit: For stays over 30 nights, a $500 security deposit is required
✸ Pool Heat: Optional pool heating is available for $35 per day. Please request at least 3 days in advance to allow sufficient time for the pool to reach temperature.

✤ No parties or events – violation may result in cancellation without refund

✤ Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (door codes deactivate at 10 AM)

✤ No smoking allowed

✤ Supplies: We provide a starter kit with essentials (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and bath items). For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed.
