This truly exceptional property is filled with designer touches throughout this new construction. The back patio space is ready to host your group for grilling, swimming and relaxing outside in Austin's perfect weather. There is a barrel sauna and cold plunge for those looking for a reset. At the heart of this home is a truly gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining room and living room for that open concept space. Additionally, there is a media room upstairs and a family room off the patio for more places to relax. Step into the bar/lounge for a cocktail. The finishes in this home are truly top of the line, and are perfect for those who appreciate luxury. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. . Dogs considered.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
