Zilker Getaway: Saltwater Pool and Walk to ACL

Updated home with saltwater pool and spa in the heart of the Zilker neighborhood & walking distance to Barton Springs, ACL Fest, South Lamar restaurants/shopping and Lady Bird (Town) Lake. The house is ideal for an adult getaway or families with children and has plenty of space for entertaining. Relax and unwind in the saltwater pool and patio, outdoor kitchen and pool, walk down to Barton Springs for a cool dip, or hop onto Lady Bird Lake trail for a hike or run. So much is within walking distance or a quick ride share. The home is on a quiet street with parking in the driveway and street.

We do not heat the pool, but it maintains a comfortable swimming temperature in the summer and early fall months. Feel free to check-in regarding current average water temp. The spa can be heated by host upon request—guests are asked to coordinate with us as controls are controlled remotely. We can accommodate heating spa with advance notice and kindly ask for reliable communication when guests are done for the day so that we can turn off as needed. Please note that we no longer have safety fence around pool.

We kindly request outside lights be turned off and noise be kept low after 10:00 pm. Please avoid very loud music outside during any hour.

We have two short hair cats that normally live in the home--they will not be in the there during your stay and our house is professionally cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before and after each stay to ensure those with allergies are not impacted. During your stay they may be in our Guest House in back yard.
