Located in a desirable area of Wellfleet, this wonderful four-bedroom antique, "Family Tides", is the ideal setting for your Cape Cod vacation. Originally built in 1800, this historic home has belonged to the same family since 1959. Less than half a mile to Main Street, Mayo Beach and the Wellfleet Town Pier. Plenty of room for reading, movie watching, games and other fun with a large living room and family room, although everyone will likely congregate in the beautiful kitchen.

Enter an open and spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV with cable and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). This bright space with high ceilings and plenty of windows has a reading nook with two armchairs, a ductless split unit air conditioning and two ceiling fans. A staircase from the living room leads to the second floor.

From the living room, enter the formal dining room with large table and seating for eight. Continue on to the large, bright kitchen--the heart of the home. This open eat-in kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, ductless split unit air conditioner and slider to the back deck with gas grill. There is a table with seating for six, a large center island with counter seating, a double sink, separate bar sink and stainless appliances including a gas range, double wall oven, warming drawer, wine cooler, microwave, drip coffeemaker, Keurig and electric kettle. There is also a desk if you have to check your emails while you are away.

Beyond the kitchen is a wonderful family room with comfortable sofas and two Stressless chairs, a large flat screen TV with cable and shelves of books. Enjoy peeks of Wellfleet Harbor from this cozy room. Off the hall from the family room is a half bath with conveniently located washer and dryer. The first of the home's four bedrooms is on the first floor. Separate and private, the first floor primary bedroom has a king bed, split unit ductless air conditioner, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with shower.

The other three bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed via a staircase from the living room. One bedroom has a queen bed, window air-conditioner, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with tub/shower. The next bedroom has two twin beds, window air-conditioner and ceiling fan. The last bedroom has a queen bed, window air conditioner and ceiling fan. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Enjoy the large lawn and patio with outdoor dining table and retractable awning. Peeks of Wellfleet Harbor from the patio and yard. Garage available to tenants for storage of bikes, kayaks, etc.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
