Enter an open and bright living room with vaulted ceiling and skylight. The living room has a comfortable sectional and chairs, a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and beautiful grand piano--a delight for the musician in your group.
The living room opens to a bright and welcoming kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, ductless split unit A/C and exposed beams. The nicely equipped kitchen has a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. There is a center island for additional food prep space. The dining area has a dining table and a lovely sitting area with two chairs and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). This warm and inviting kitchen means the chef will never cook alone!
A door from the dining area leads to the large screened-in porch with sitting area, dining table and ceiling fan. This will be another popular space--perfect for bug-free dining and relaxing.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom is just off the dining area. This bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ductless split unit A/C and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower.
The other first floor bedroom with full bed is on the other side of the house, off the living room. There is also a half bathroom with conveniently located washer and dryer on this floor.
A staircase from the front foyer leads to the second floor hallway which opens to the living room below. There are two bedrooms on the second floor--both have two twin beds, ceiling fans and ductless split unit A/Cs. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower off the hall.
A door from the second floor hall leads to the newly-constructed bonus room/area. This lovely and bright space has a small room/pass through with a twin bed for extra sleep space and a bathroom with shower. The bonus room is light and bright and has a comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV, ductless split unit A/C, desk, small table and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and a second twin bed. There is an exterior door to the backyard. This is a great space to gather for games and movies, or to steal away to finish a bestseller or answer emails that can't be put off.
Air-conditioning: There are five (5) ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the dining area/kitchen, one in the first floor primary bedroom, one in both of the second floor bedrooms and one in the bonus room over the garage.
This beautiful, 2400+ square foot home is surrounded by a manicured yard with trees and mature plantings. A patio at the back of the house has a small outdoor sitting area, a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor owner.
Another bonus--easy entrance to the home via the garage, which guests are welcome to use for storage of bikes and luggage.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
