Had a wonderful time! Loved the pool. Floors were very dirty upon arrival and no extra trash bags but other than that it was great! Everything else we needed was there. Great host and response time was immediate! Would stay again for sure!

Family friendly

Great place for a small family. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Washer and dryer is a plus. There is even a blowup mattress and playpen if needed. The pool is fun for all ages.

Great location, close to whitecap beach. This particular unit is steps away from fantastic pool. If you have kids, this is the place. Close to supermarket, gas station. Grounds were clean, Private nice patio area. A lot of space. Had a great stay.

Fantastic property and perfect location for Corpus Christi and Padre/Mustang Islands activities.

Super easy access to Padre Island for day (bird watching, beach) or night (astronomy) activities. Hop over the causeway to popular Corpus Christi attractions like the USS Lexington or Aquarium. Property is a very nice and cozy condo with access to a nice central pool. Property mgmt team seems to have their act together with easy check in and staying in touch.

Perfect Vacation

Steps from the door to a lovely swimming pool. This complex is on the smaller intimate size. It was like a neighborhood, making friends at the pool. Our unit was clean and very well equipped. This is our 3rd trip to Corpus and this was the best home away from home

Great Place!

Pool looked beautiful but wrong season. Perfect for two sisters long weekend. Only tricky thing was Ubering to unit. Once you figure it out… no biggie. But mapped a bit funky. Definitely would stay again!

Memorial day weekend

Absolutely loved this unit. We have stayed at Palm Bay for over 10 years, and this is the first time we rented this one. It is steps away to the pool. I loved the outdoor pool. All of the necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, Etc.) Was a welcoming surprise.

Great Condo

It’s was a great condo to stay in and was located in a good spot as well. The only issues we had staying here was the heated pool wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it when we couldn’t swim at the beach after the sun was down, because it was to cold and the pool was in the shade most of the day, and the dishes had to be washed before they could be used as if they were used and put back in the drawers, But other than that we had a great stay and will most likely use this spot on our next trip.

This is a great location and property

We've stayed at this property several times but this was our first Evolve property. It was clean and convenient. Nicely close to the pool. If you are looking for a basic stock property, this has the basics with zero extra. I was not aware evolve properties did not provide cleaning, dish pods, batteries for remotes. Those were extra. There are no kitchen cooking sprays and spices. Overall, it was OK. I've stayed with other hosts on the property where I had no extra expenses.

Issues, reached out for assistance, nobody ever got back to us.

We arrived, put our stuff in the fridge and went to the beach. Got back to the townhouse hours later to find out the fridge wasn’t working, as in all our food was warm and had to be thrown out, walls in the fridge were warm. Left a voicemail about the problem, in 4 days there, nobody ever got back to us. The A\C was set to 75 and reverted back to 75 after we lowered it. Made for miserable nights. Reached out to the company number on the thermostat and was told they don’t service that townhouse. Needless to say, we spent a lot of time in the pool because it was uncomfortable in the townhome.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We’re truly sorry we missed your call during your stay and understand how frustrating this must have been. - The refrigerator is functioning properly, but during the summer months, temperatures can fluctuate if the door is left open for an extended period. - The thermostat settings have also been updated to allow for a lower A/C temperature so guests can adjust it to their comfort.
