Enjoy the Florida sunshine outdoors with your own private pool and bubbling spa. There is a covered shaded area with a patio table and chairs, plus loungers for those looking to soak up the sun. The rear is private with a lawn area and mature trees behind. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

This home features two master bedrooms, both boasting kingsize beds and genorous ensuite bathrooms including double sinks and walk-in showers. There is a sophisticated queen bedroom downstairs. The mermaid bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed and additional twin bed. There is a further queen bedroom upstairs, continuing the delightful sea themed décor. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well as ceiling fans.

As an extra special amenity, the home has it’s own games / movie room! Settle into your premium cinema seats and watch your favorite movie or challenge each other to air hockey and skee-ball. There are also two TVs set up with Retro-S consoles loaded with thousands of classic arcade and console games (includinging Ninentendo 64, Playstation, Atari, Sega). The space has its own AC unit.

Windsor Hills Resort is a premium gated community, perfectly located in a popular area of Kissimmee close to all the shopping and dining options on Hwy 192. Just a short walk from the home is the enormous resort pool and waterpark. The clubhouse offers a front desk for any local suggestions you may need, fitness center, arcade room, convenience store and movie room! There are also tennis, volleyball and basketball courts together with a putting green. Disney is just 10 minutes drive away and Universal 25 minutes.
