This south facing Lakeview 7 bedroom home is equipped with your own personal hot tub and is steps away from a shared dock w/ boat slip. Spend time boating at Shawnigan Lake or sit back and relax in one of the two large fun filled patio's. Included in your rental is a two person kayak, paddle board & kids kayak. Anxious to explore the area? You'll be minutes away from wineries, walking paths, shopping and adventures abound.

Great stay at Lake Shawnigan

Lake Shawnigan House was amazing … as always. This is our second time for a family reunion and it’s always a relaxing way to visit and enjoy the sites. Sandra and Jody are great hosts, super responsive and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

Perfect cozy getaway

What a nice house! Felt even more spacious than it looked in the photos. Loved the surrounding neighbourhood and town. Also had lots of fun on the lake! Check in and out were super simple.

Girls Trip at the Lake

Annual girls trip (each year a different location). The house is very roomy and comfortable. We hiked trails in the local area, the Kinsol Trestle bridge is super fun! Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful family weekend

We celebrated our parents 80th birthdays and the property had enough space for the whole family to be together. Check in was easy and everything was ready for us to enjoy a lovely weekend. We spent time by the fire in the evenings, some enjoyed the hot tub, we took walks to the lake and we had wonderful family dinners. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Lovely place for a large group

Very nice place to stay. It easily accommodated our group of 11 adults, a baby, and dog. It is a great location and well equipped inside. Definitely worth a stay.

Shawnigan getaway

We have a group of ten of us stay and friends come visit throughout the weekend. House was very clean, big and beds were comfy. Would stay again for sure.

Communication with the owners was excellent. They replied quickly and dealt with our questions and needs.This was one of the few properties near Victoria that could accommodate our extended family of 14 people.I would use the facility again and recommend it to other large groups.

Beautiful House very close to the Lake

Slept 14, so lots of room for our family, very close to the dock at the Lake, beds are very comfortable, lots of activities and beaches to visit. Had a wonderful time there.

12 people. Good communication with owners and nearby helper. Big newish house, plenty of room for 11 adults and 1 baby. Great views of the lake, and the location was great for nearby quality restaurants, wineries. Way better than we expected.

We loved the house! It was everything we expected! Very clean! The host was very accommodating. We loved the water toys to use on the lake and the hot tub was perfect way to relax after a busy day. Would definitely stay again.

Volleyball Team Stay

Great quiet location, beds were comfortable and house accommodated our large group of 12 nicely. A couple of the beds were a pull out couch in a kitchen/living area and a futon in a rumpus room so we weren't sure if those were supposed to be included in the 7 bedrooms but we made it work and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Hot Tub was a treat and we enjoyed playing the boardgames available in the home.

Great Home Great Stay

Rented this beautiful home for three days to celebrate a 50th birthday for my husband! The space was awesome, we loved the open concept upstairs and the hot tub! The owners were so amazing to deal with and the location is beautiful. It was a perfect home to bring friends and family together and we are so grateful to have found it!

Great stay!

We loved the location of Sandra's property and being able to access the dock. We enjoyed going for little walks with our toddlers, and accessing a local playground. The property has a large deck, hot tub, and multiple propane fire pits which were all thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was lovely and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect! I would love to stay here again.

Sr Girls Sports Team Stay

Our team loved the ability to hang out, get homework done, relax and bond as a team while we prepared and ate meals together in the beautiful large kitchen, used the hot tub and took in the surrounding nature trails. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home with stunning lake view

The place was very lovely. Nice huge house and there was 13 of us. Big living room and outdoor deck. Very nice view of the lake from the top floor. Ample parking spaces. Only 1 issue happened during our stay, but the owner resolved it quite quickly and had the caretaker come by. We loved that the lake and dock were so close and very easily walkable. The propane fire pit and hot tub was great for hangouts. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Sandra was great and very responsive to all my inquiries and messages. Would recommend staying here!!

Wonderful House for a Multi-Family Vacation

What a wonderful space! As other reviews mentioned, the pictures don’t even do it justice. So spacious and pretty, and fun for the kids! House is well-equipped with needs, beds are comfy, and everything was so clean and pleasant. The owner is also super responsive and kind. We are very much hoping to come back some day.

Lake Vacation

Staying in Sandra’s home in Shawnigan Lake was so awesome! It was gorgeous, private, quaint little town. Kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks and the view was spectacular. Sandra was so responsive and available to answer our questions. The only complaint was that it was too short. Next time, we must stay longer. Thanks for making this a great experience.
