Traversez le refuge faunique de Primehook Beach, un paradis pour les amoureux de la nature, en route vers la magnifique maison sur la baie de Primehook Beach. Cette maison magnifiquement conçue vous permet de profiter d'une vue sur la baie depuis trois niveaux de terrasse séparés et projeté dans le porche. Le pont supérieur étant le plus haut de Primehook Beach, et un paradis privé pour les baigneurs. Promenez-vous le long de la plage privée où l'eau est suffisamment calme et chaude pour que les jeunes nageurs puissent s'ébattre.
Ce plan d'étage ouvert magnifiquement conçu avec des plafonds de 9 pieds vous permet de garder les familles ensemble tout en cuisinant et en divertissant. Toutes les chambres spacieuses sont éloignées les unes des autres tout en laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Défiez les enfants à une partie de ping-pong, de jeu de palets, de hockey sur air ou de billard dans la salle de jeux. Commencez ou terminez votre journée dans une douche extérieure fermée relaxante. À seulement quelques minutes des parcs aquatiques, des courses de charrettes, du golf miniature, des magasins d'usine, des restaurants, de la promenade de Rehoboth Beach et du ferry Cape May Lewes.

Big beautiful home on the water

Generous living space in a great room layout means we can be together even when doing different activities. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces so the cool doesn’t get left out! The open second floor with beds and a huge comfy sofa gives a place for the teens and tweens to call their own. The game room... simply amazing. We had a few rainy days at the start of our stay and the game room was a haven where or tween organized a tournament! This is the only house we have ever stayed in that has enough dining space for the beds!! How wonderful to all eat at the same table. We love this special spot and plan to return as long as we can!

Family Fun!

Eleven of us—9 adults and two kids—had a wonderful time together at this beautiful house on the beach. We loved the location and the layout of the home. It was very easy to find and even though the weather wasn't the best, there was plenty to do indoors—including four 1000 piece puzzles in one week! We highly recommend it for any group who wants to make the most of their time together.

The layout of the home provides private bedrooms, each with King Beds and beautiful views. There is no undesirable room. Our son loves sleeping in the crow's nest on the top floor. Walk out decks abound. Dave and Lisa are premier hosts, always available and responsive and eager to ensure each renter experiences a perfect vacation. They have taken extra measures throughout the home to provide a home away from home feeling. Amenities abound including access to an amazing game room. Concrete walkway to the beach is extremely useful and makes the few steps out your door to the beach even more convenient when transporting beach equipment. We have looked for 8 seasons for the perfect home to re-rent year after year and we finally found it here.

Great Property!!

We had the best time in this home with a great layout for many guests. Its location is perfect in our opinion, just steps to the beach with beautiful views from the front windows/door overlooking the bay & gorgeous views out the back windows of the home overlooking the ocean. Spectacular!! It will be hard to beat.

Gorgeous beach getaway

Even better than the description! Well stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, air fryer), lots of kid-friendly dishes. The common space was larger than the pictures make it look, and the upstairs had tons of room for all the kids to bunk together. The property also has a lot of kids beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Helpful owner hints and labels around the house. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Great for our family

We had 7 adults and 3 children 5 and under. Our family enjoyed the private beach and sand toys. When the waves were calm we took turns kyacking but there were enough waves to make it feel like we were at the beach and the children loved it. The house was exactly as advertised and accomodated our every need.

Couldnt ask for better sunrise and sunet viewing!

We got pretty lucky with weather during our March visit. Loved seeing amazing sunsets from the front porch and sunrises from the back. The house had plenty of space for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids all under 9, and one dog). Owners took great care to label everything. Some small maintenance items, but nothing major. Great place!!!

Best of both worlds!

We loved our stay at PrimeHook Beach. We couldn't decide which view was better, sunrises over the Ocean or sunsets over the Preserve. The Eagles Nest up top was a favorite hang out for kids and grown-ups alike. The house was set up perfectly for multiple families with kids and for working from "home". The owners provided everything we could ever need like a stocked game room, beach toys, beach chairs etc. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Mix (the bay and the refuge)

This location was just what we needed! We felt like we were away from everything and everybody but the house offered all that we needed. The kids loved getting lost in the game space and my husband and I lived in the living room/kitchen space. The weather on a couple of days was warm enough for us to put our feet in the water. This home and space was the backdrop for a wonderful break with my family.

House has everything for a family

House was well decorated and offered everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The game room was amazing! We really enjoyed the shuffleboard court, skeeball, ping pong, pool table, basketball and air hockey. Incredible there was so much to do in one house! There were so many beds, everyone could spread out. The views were gorgeous! Very private and wonderful access to the beach. It is very apparent the owner wants their guests to enjoy themselves and takes great pride in their home. We appreciated all they had to offer and would love to return!
