Diana's Place is an inviting 4 bedroom home located in the centre of Warrnambool. Access the house via the double garage on John's Lane, with additional parking at the front of the house if required. This heritage listed house has been renovated but has kept its heritage charm combining high ceilings with the sandstone walls to create an ideal retreat. It boasts ducted central heating throughout the house keeping you warm in winter; and in the summer the brick and sandstone create an oasis from the warm summer heat. There is also a reverse cycle split system in the living area.

Park in the garage, head through the garden which is well maintained with a grassy area. There is a small undercover area with seating, perfect for a morning summer breakfast or evening drink on those spring nights that hint at summer. There is a BBQ for your use here.

Head inside to the open plan living, kitchen and dinning room. This sleek and beautifully finished area will put you at ease the moment you walk in. The living area has a large TV and luxurious L shaped leather sofa just made for evenings in front of a good movie. Or if you are home alone curl up on the lounge chair with a good book in front of the floor to ceiling windows that look onto the garden area. In the summer close the blinds to hide away from the heat, or in the winter enjoy the afternoon sunshine. There is a selection of books and games for your use during your stay.

The large kitchen offers endless counter space, double fridge, and plenty of cupboard space. A dream area for knocking up a MasterChef creation or just unboxing take away! There is a 6 seater dining room table as well as outdoor seating.

The first bedroom is the main bedroom which comes with King bed and walk in robes as well as its own ensuite with walk in shower.

The main bathroom offers a separate walk-in shower and large bath, with a separate toilet. The house also has a laundry with both washing machine and dryer. There is a clothes horse in the house and an outdoor clothes line on the side of the garage.

Heading towards the back door you will find 3 more spacious bedrooms. The second & third bedrooms offer King Single Beds in each with the fourth bedroom offering a King Bed. All of them offer black out blinds, after all who does not enjoy a lie in on holiday!
