Condo was clean and location was amazing, we loved the access to the pools and the nearby restaurants. It’s also perfect to access any of the beaches nearby. Little snafu with access code when we it there but host answered the phone and rectified the situation.

Some of the towels had small stains and two had sand still in them when my friend tried to use them. You need wine glasses in the kitchen. The outdoor area needs to be power washed, the outdoor walls are dirty and lots of pollen. Overall the location was great and quiet.

Property was clean, quiet, and easy to check into. Host communicated instructions clearly. The property was close to the beach and many restaurants, and had several cafes/shops in the community. Parking was plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware and silverware, we appreciated being able to do laundry, and the Roku/TV worked well. Our only complaints were that there were 4 (!) air fresheners plugged in and the smell was overpowering. We unplugged them and turned the fans on and the smell went away. Also, although linens were provided, sheets and blankets were microfiber (cheap polyester) and so unfortunately as a sensitive sleeper I was either overheated with them on or too cold with them off. I did not think to ask beforehand and otherwise would have brought my own. My friend who I traveled with was not bothered at all by this so it's just a personal preference.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful stay at Villages of Five Points. Close to the Walking trail and ample parking. Convenient location and easy to get to Route 1.

Great stay and convenient location

Long weekend for some fun and sun near Rehoboth and Lewes. So convenient to route 1 with easy on and off. First floor location with lots of parking and proximity to Weis so nice. Pools are lovely and all is so well maintained. Second stay here and always happy.
