Notice of Pool Resurfacing Projects: Kapalua Bay Villas has scheduled a series of pool resurfacing projects on a rotating basis for each of its three pools/pool areas in order to maintain and enhance the property as follows:

Pool Closure Dates:
Pool B March 26 - April 17, 2026 (Ocean Front Pool)
Pool C March 30 - April 24, 2026
Pool A April 27 - May 22, 2026 (Pool Closest to Pearl)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

During these periods, the affected pool areas will be active construction zones. *Please note that at least one if not both of the two pools closest to Pearl will remain open for your enjoyment throughout the project. Resort management is installing three BBQs on the grassy area outside the affected pool B area and will also maintain the three BBQs at Pool A so guests may continue to have reasonable outdoor cooking access during construction.

For everyone's safety:

• There will be no access to the pool deck areas at any time.
• BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture will not be available for use.
• Contractors will work daily during posted work hours, and noise and activity will be noticeable near the pool areas.
• On certain days, construction activity may result in higher levels of airborne dust.

You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. This villa is a two story unit with stairs only leading to the second floor. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
