Overall, the property is worth the stay. The biggest drawback is the golf course the home is on is closed indefinitely as is the course nearby.

Perfect Ohana stay!

Katrina has designed and decorated a gorgeous unit. Super comfortable for 6 adults and very generously supplied! We enjoyed amazing hikes, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and wonderful golf without leaving Kapalua! Highly recommend and Katrina is a fantastic hostess! Mahalo!

Amazing Home And Location

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious home. It was comfortable for us all of us and our 2 small children. The amenities provided went above and beyond. We felt right at home. The property is located in a fantastic location with prestine beaches and markets. Our host, Katerina, was kind and super responsive and accommodating to our requests. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent place

Our family stayed for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and it was perfect for the six of us.( All adults) We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the golf course and ocean. The amenities are a great bonus. We used the lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We brought our own cooler in our luggage which was a hassle and we did not need to as there are also nice coolers to use. Everything was well thought out. Thanks for an amazing stay! We will be back for sure!

Amazing property, beautiful location, excellent host!!

Our family of five enjoyed our family vacation at the Kapalua golf villa for 8 nights and would love to come back! Our host Katerina was so kind and responsive. The villa has EVERYTHING you could need - from the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear stored on the Lanai to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Everything looks new and worked well - it was so nice to have all the amenities of a luxurious home vs being more cramped in two hotel rooms. Everyone had room to spread out while we also enjoyed family time together in the open kitchen/living room layout. It was so nice to be on the lanai and look out onto the golf course. Then it was an easy walk to the beach and there are trails you can walk as well. A close drive to Napili market and other restaurants - the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and were sad to say goodbye!

Our stay felt like a dream… Entering this oasis we immediately felt hygge - coziness, contentment, with elegant ease. The devil is in the details… from fully stacked kitchen, utensils to fabulous furniture and bedding.Being on this beautiful island, it was even difficult to leave the property. And when we did, it was a pleasure to return to. The property is spectacular.Multiple beautiful beaches within walking distance, several fabulous pools, even convenient grills to create easy dinners.This property is truly cared for and feels like a dream. Cannot wait to repeat this experience.

I had the most incredible experience at this brand new luxury 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in the heart of Kapalua. The location was a dream, being within walking distance to several stunning beaches like Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, Ironwoods, and DTFleming. The breathtaking views of the golf course with 100-year-old Monkey Pod trees, along with the majestic Molokai and Lanai mountains and the sparkling blue ocean, left me in awe every day.One of the highlights of this villa was the two separate living spaces, each with its own lanai. This allowed us to fully embrace the beauty of the surroundings and enjoy the fresh air from both floors. The built-in espresso machine was a delightful touch, giving us a perfect start to each morning.The bedrooms were a haven of privacy and comfort, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. We absolutely loved spending time at the large pool and barbecue area, creating wonderful memories with our loved ones.The convenience of the shuttle service was beyond our expectations, always quick to come and take us wherever we wanted to go. The host's accommodation was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. One week in paradise

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious condo in Hawaii located right on the golf course, and it was truly a dream come true. From high-end appliances to modern design, a beautiful beach, and breathtaking sunsets, this condo offered an unforgettable vacation experience. Upon entering the condo, the first thing that caught my eye was the state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and it was a pleasure to whip up breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in this well-appointed space. The condo's modern design was a testament to luxury and comfort. The open-concept living area was thoughtfully decorated with contemporary furnishings that exuded both style and functionality. Plush seating and a large, flat-screen TV made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the lush golf course, allowing us to watch golfers pass by while savoring a glass of wine. One of the standout features of this condo was its proximity to a beautiful beach. Just a short stroll away, the sandy shoreline and crystal-clear waters beckoned us to relax and unwind. But the most memorable moments were undoubtedly the sunsets we witnessed from the condo's private balcony. Exceptional Host and Property!!

Our host, Katerina, immediately replied to all questions we asked while on site as well as in the days leading up to our trip. She was always polite and patient. The accommodations were excellent with quality furnishings that included comfortable beds and linens, excellent kitchen offerings from small to large appliances, convenient laundering that included a fast yet functional washer and dryer, and the best bathroom set ups. The views were great, and ever better in the evenings when taking a short walk on the golf course, the location was convenient for beach access, some of the most recommended dining spots on the island, golf, and walks/runs along the trail. This was a last minute booking for our family, and it was a gem that we would gladly return to and have already recommended to friends. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Luxurious and peaceful

The property is updated, spotless, luxurious with good internet, bluetooth speakers, and well equipped dream kitchen. Peaceful with golf course and ocean views. You can walk to Kapalua beach for snorkeling or Napili for swimming in about 12 minutes downhill - and the property comes with Tommy Bahama backpack chairs that make the walk easy and the beach comfortable. Our party of 5 adults were very happy - loved morning coffee on the back veranda overlooking the ocean. Several small pools with grills on the property as well. You will be happy here!

Beautiful place with all the amenities

We loved staying at this location. Everything was modern and it seemed like every little detail was thought of. I don't think I've stayed at a VRBO that felt as well furnished before. Great built in coffee maker, tons of cooking appliances, plates, soaps etc. Location is ideal as well. Right on the golf course with a view of the 3rd hole. Would love to go back!

Girls’ trip to Maui

We had an incredible 4-night stay at this villa! Impeccably clean, beautifully remodeled, and fully equipped, it was the perfect home away from home. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location in Kapalua was ideal—safe, quiet, and close to stunning beaches and fantastic restaurants. Highlights included hiking the Kapalua Coastal Trail each morning, breakfast at Kai Coffee at the Ritz, swimming with turtles, and dining at the Banyan Tree. We also loved visiting the Cliff House daily for its amazing views. This trip was extra special as we celebrated two birthdays and enjoyed a girls’ trip. It was our first stay at this villa, and we’ve already booked again for summer!

Just wow!

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-bedroom villa in Kapalua, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk to stunning beaches like Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The villa's modern design, high-end appliances, and spacious living areas made the stay incredibly comfortable. The views of the golf course and sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. With everything from a built-in espresso machine to beach essentials, this place had it all. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it!

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this villa. The house was immaculately decorated, the appliances high end and the view from the lanai was very relaxing. We loved having coffee out there early in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and area restaurants was an additional perk. This villa has everything you need to feel “at home” while on vacation in beautiful Kapalua Maui.

Awesome place

Will come back again for sure. Great location and very nice place! The beaches are about 1/2 mile and require walking down hill easy but up the hill is tough after drinking a few Kona beers on the beach. The shuttle is good as well. We played 5 rounds of golf - super windy in July! We ate at several great places and had dessert at the Ritz. Katerina was awesome!

Great property and host

The property is very well setup with all the amenities one can ask for. The host was super responsive and helped us out with a bunch of requests as we were traveling with an infant. The location is pretty spectacular with everything in the Kapalua/Napili areas accessible on foot or with the free Kapalua shuttle.

I was born and raised in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States to earn my business degree. After graduating, I began an exciting career with a Big Four consulting firm, traveling the world and helping companies tackle their toughest challenges. In 2005, I joined Expedia, diving into the world of travel and hospitality—a perfect match for my passion for exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences.

In 2016 I took a big step toward a lifelong dream by purchasing my first vacation home on the Big Island. From there, my passion for hosting grew, leading to the acquisition of several properties on Maui. Each home is designed with care and attention to detail, ensuring that every guest enjoys the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and the beauty of Hawaii.

I’m also a proud mom of three wonderful kids, and as a family, we’ve fallen in love with Maui. Every chance we get, we immerse ourselves in the island’s breathtaking beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant culture. Maui is more than just a destination for us—it’s a place that feels like home.
