Beautiful Large Country Home in the Perfect Location with tennis court & theatre

This is the perfect property set on a beautiful 2.5 acres in a very private perfect location with everything you could possibly want including tennis court, solar heated pool, full size theatre room, fire pit, kids play equipment, trampoline,6-person jacuzzi and farm animals such as alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, peacocks, chickens and a rabbit. It has a beautiful outlook with the full view of the amazing sunrise every morning and sunset at the front of the house. This really is an incredible country getaway.
This amazing property consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large open plan kitchen, kids playroom fully equipped with lounge, TV, bookshelves full of books, loads of toys, dvds and desk accommodating a maximum of 18 guests in the property. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and the ensuite has a large spa bath and shower.
The outdoor area consists of 2 patios, one enclosed with fly screens, dining table, wall-mounted patio heaters, ceiling fan and bbq and the other with the outlook to the open fields with dining and seating areas, large ceiling fan and outdoor TV, bbq and pizza oven.
A great property to do as little or as much as you like. Laze in the hammock between the palm trees watching the kangaroos or play a game of tennis whilst the others swim or collect the chicken eggs and veggies, which you are welcome to eat.
Our super friendly goats would love a cuddle and feed the alpacas some fruit. Have a hold of the bunny rabbit or hand feed the roaming peacocks and chickens.
Close to all of the Shoalhaven wine farms, Jervis Bay, Huskisson, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Hyams Beach, Kiama, Shoalhaven Heads, Jamberoo, Fitzroy Falls and Sussex Inlet.

My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing time. The kids loved interacting with the animals, really enjoyed the indoor movie theatre and all the range of toys/games that were available to us! While the kids were well entertained, the adults were able enjoy our quiet moments. Luanne was a generous, gracious host & very easy to communicate with.We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families with children.

We had 15 people stay at the property over two days. We woke up on Sunday and wished we had booked an extra night! The property is amazing, very spacious and homely. The farm animals were super cute, We are already in conversation about returning next year! Can’t recommend this property enough!

We stayed at this property over the weekend as a group of friends with kids ranging from 4 months to 12 years, and it was an absolutely fantastic getaway. The place is huge and beautifully set up, with so much to do for every age group. From the tennis court and private theatre to the bonfire area, there was never a dull moment.The animals on the property were a major highlight—our little ones absolutely adored them, and it added such a lovely, welcoming charm to the stay. The location is also excellent, with shops and great cafés just a short drive away, making it super convenient.While the rooms weren’t very spacious and we found them a bit tight for comfortable sleep, the overall experience was still exceptional. The property more than made up for it with its amenities, atmosphere, and the fun everyone had.A perfect weekend getaway for friends and families. Highly recommend!

Family Xmas 2022

We were there for 4 nights over Christmas with a party of 14 people and we had a fantastic time! The pool, tennis court and jacuzzi were a great hit! Everything that you need was available and Luanne was a great host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Above and beyond

The host is just refreshingly lovely to deal with who went above and beyond for our group. Communication was absolutely first class and the place is fantastic with so much to do to keep a big group entertained.

Fun trip away!

We had a lovely time over the new year break. With lots of amenities like a tennis court, trampoline, spa, swimming pool, fire place, pizza oven etc.. We were always busy! Also in a perfect location, not far Nowra and the beaches. Luanne was a lovely host and very easy to contact. Would definitely stay again!
