The bunk bed room at Island Walk 207 sleeps three kids in one space — a full mattress on top, two twins below. For families who need to fit everyone comfortably without paying for a larger property, this is the configuration. A rollaway bed and a crib are stored in the master closet for families who need even more flexibility. Two bedrooms, six guests, everyone with a proper place to sleep.

The private lanai looks out over the mangrove preserve — quiet, green, and genuinely removed from the road noise that follows most beach-adjacent properties. The heated pool and tennis courts are shared amenities that are rare together on AMI. A private storage room on the property holds beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and beach toys — grab everything on the way out and leave it when you come back.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for a week of meals at home. A full-size stacked washer and dryer is in the unit. Two designated covered parking spaces are directly available — no circling the block on arrival.

The Gulf beach is a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car. Shops, restaurants, and groceries are within easy reach of the complex.

Island Walk at Sandy Pointe requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

Great location

We loved being within walking distance to the trolley stop and the beach. Also even close to everything it felt great to be tucked in. The pool was an added bonus!

Weather was great!

Overall this is a nice property. The kitchen could use a few mow utensils (measuring cups/spoons. The beach gear was rusted and unusable. The main bed was very soft and peaked in the middle.

Island Walk

This property is in a secluded and quiet, well maintained condo complex within easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, drug store and trolley stop and more! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai watching the birds over the mangroves. The pool is amazing! We hope to come again! Thank you!

Perfect Beach Condo

We loved this condo. The layout was perfect for our family of five. My three teenagers shared the second bedroom. We were close enough to the beach that the kids could walk back and forward as they pleased. We had one day that was too windy to go to the beach so we stayed at the pool. Having Publix’s across the street is very convenient.

We had a small issue with the door not locking but the management sent someone right away to fix it. Can't wait to visit again

Holmes beach condo

We loved this condo. The large kitchen table was great for my crafts. Bedroom is really big and furniture is great. King mattress is really comfortable. Second bedroom - Our 4 yr old grandson loved the upper bunk bed and the whale lovies. Crib was great for the 18 month grandson. I love the Anna Maria pictures on the walls in the condo. We used the beach wagon and a few of the toys. Only 3 blocks to the beach Pool was clean and warm. Really nice people rent and owners live in the condos. We are renting again month of Feb 2025.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our rental experience the unit was very nice but could do with a few upgrades ie decoration ( painting) great bed & lovely linen & beautiful white towels, we didn’t cook so never used the oven hob or utensils the sofas were very uncomfortable. The girls in the rental office were great had to contact a few times and everything was sorted immediately, just another suggestion condo with a sticker on patio door both my husband and myself walked into them had a very sore head .
